The English name for it is "Borderless Doctors”. It was started in France in 1971. It sends doctors and nurses to countries at war and places which are having problems with money and food. It takes care of not only sick people but also street children and so on. It was given the Noble Peace Prize in 1999. MSF Japan was set up in Yokohama in 1992.
