1. The ATF Part 2, Electric Boogaloo - ABS067
http://ancapbarber.libsyn.com/... download (audio/mpeg, 43.46Mb)

Hey Everyone, in this episode we talk comedian Shane Gillis being fired from SNL and the ATF's involvement in the Siege at Waco, TX. This episode begins now!

What up! Sorry, it's been a minute, etc. so on and so forth.

We start out talking about comedian and podcaster Shane Gillis being fired from Saturday Night Live for being a bad bad boy. SNL hired Shane along with two other folks and he was pretty much fired immediately after professional coward and tattle-tale Seth Simons wrote an article about OG big dawg Gillis using a racial slur to reference Chinese-Americans while impersonating an early American immigration worker sending the Asians to China town. He was doing a character in the context of a comedy podcast and was in no way doing anything genuinely racist.

He said a no-no word in an off the cuff joke. I'm more annoyed at Simons (bird poet) than anything, but I really don't understand why these studios pander to adult-aged children. Remember Chapelle's show? Come on folks chill the fuck out.

OH wait you know who annoys me more than ultra woke diaper-wearing Seth Simons? Christopher Tidus. He came out hard against king bull Shane Gillis calling him a "Bro douche weak as fuck mama's boy" for no apparent reason other than to draw attention to himself. He made fun of Asian accents in a past tweet tho, making him a hypocrite and a prick. So yeah fuck him.

So, to sum up, I almost had a reason to tune in to Saturday Night Live, being a fan of Gillis for some time, but no fucking point now.

The rest of the segment involves laughing at Shane's jokes as referenced in Seth's article.

Alright onto the ATF stuff, last time we talked about Ruby Ridge, this time we're covering the Waco shit.

The Branch Davidian was a religious cult controlled by a dude named David Koresh, who wasn't a particularly good dude.

I'm not an expert but I think he liked to slay sniz young and old. I shouldn't make light of allegedly sexually abusing children, and it's important to note that the cult may have condoned behavior that really isn't cool. The ATF got involved because the Branch Davidian was buying firearms in bulk at gun shows, bypassing firearm sales tax. Apparently the ATF showed up at the compound and shot a guy in the eyes, heart, and back. According to the Davidians, an ATF agent misfired their weapon and sparked the ensuing battle, according to the ATF they were fired upon first by the Davidians, so who knows. After a while, the FBI came in and took over. It's interesting to note that one of the folks in authority from the FBI, Richie Rogers, was reprimanded for his involvement in the previously discussed by us, the siege of Ruby Ridge.

The FBI would broadcast via loudspeaker various unnerving sounds including the sounds of rabbits being slaughtered to keep the Davidians from falling asleep.

I just realized I confused UB40 and Elvis. Whoops, that's pretty stupid.

According to one of the survivors David Koresh was indeed a sexual predator, and was described by her father as "A man of purely evil intent". So that's worth taking into account.

Adam points out that the members of the cult distinct of Koresh, while complicit in some really fucked up stuff to one degree or another, were largely victims of abuse.

During the month of April 1993, Bill Clinton gave the order to attack the compound. The FBI allegedly shot flammable tear gas canisters into the compound which started a huge fire that killed everybody still inside.

Well, I think that about wraps her up. We hope you enjoyed this one, and if you did you should like our facebook page, Instagram and Patreon.

2. The ATF, A Great Kerfuffle - ABS066
https://ancapbarbershop.com/66... download (audio/mpeg, 33.45Mb)

In this one we're discussing Kermit the frog being responsible for 9/11, cancel culture, the meaning of "LGBTQ", and the ATF's siege on Ruby Ridge. Strap in and get ready for the Ancap Barber Shop!

I fucked up and said "gay" really early in the episode so hopefully, we don't cancelled.

Skoal, when are you sponsoring an episode of the cast? Do you get into politics or what? Shouts out to Skoal.

Oh yeah apparently at least according to Adam Kermit had something to do with 9/11. In one of the movies that took place post 9/11 there was a part showing what the world would be like had Kermit not existed. Lo and behold as they show the skyline of New York City (or as Adam likes to call it "Jew York City") the twin towers can be seen proudly standing and not 9/11'd.

Goddamn, what are we doing here folks?

Is it a butterfly effect or did Kermit play a direct role in the attack on the world trade center?

Adam seems to think Kermit may have trained the terrorists himself or taught them to fly the plane.

Adam reveals his source to be Reddit. You should never give up your sources coward.

Adam has been really impressing me with his research abilities. He's been bringing the heat as far as content goes.

BTW Squee died so RIP brother. Once Again there is talk of Dave's return to the cast. Return of the motherfucking king baby!

Oh yeah fuck Christopher Tidus, more on that next episode.

Once again apologizing for my laziness and lackluster podcasting work ethic.

Adam talks about the ATF in depth. Specifically the siege on Ruby Ridge.

Randy Weaver was in some type of white nationalist group where he was approached by an unbeknownst to him undercover ATF agent. I think his name was Kevin Faderly and he was posing as a biker named Gus. He told Randy he was an illegal firearms dealer. Sometime down the road Faderly asked Randy to sell him two shotguns. He requested that Randy cut the barrels to an arbitrary but illegal length, undoubtedly entrapping him. Randy being a dumb hillbilly obliged him, breaking the stupid law. Later on, Randy was approached by ATF agents claiming they had evidence that he had sold illegal firearms. They offer to cut him a break if he becomes an informant and help them infiltrate the Aryan Nation. Randy refuses like a boss and is immediately arrested. He received a letter with an inaccurate court date, causing him to miss the court date. He decides to shut himself in his home.

The official conflict starts with federal agents invading his property. A year into the "kerfuffle" some of the agents who had been ordered to survey the property got a bit too close and heard the Weaver's dogs barking. It's not clear what happened next but there was a shoot out resulting in the death of one of the dogs, a U.S. marshal and Randy's 14-year-old son, Sammy. A day later a sniper is posed near to the house meaning to end the conflict by killing Randy. The sniper shot and hit Randy in the shoulder. He takes a second shot, missing again, and striking Randy's wife in the head killing her instantly while she held her 10-month-old daughter.

400 agents surrounded the house mocking the Weavers, calling the house "Fort Vickie" after Randy's murdered wife.

It's important to remember that while Randy Weaver may not have been a model citizen, all of this was over 2 sawed-off shotguns. Not a warehouse full of illegal guns or meth. Not over hate crimes that Randy committed. 2 hunting guns.

Wow, that got heavy. Also Randy didn't go to prison. He was awarded a hefty sum of money for his troubles by the state.

Well, I think that about wraps her up. We hope you enjoyed this one, and if you did you should like our facebook page, Instagram and Patreon.

3. Adam Kokesh - ABS065
https://ancapbarbershop.com/65... download (audio/mpeg, 55.00Mb)

Hey Everybody, in this one we're interviewing libertarian presidential candidate Adam Kokesh. We had a good time on this cast and we hope you enjoy listening to it. I know we say it a lot, but you REALLY don't want to miss this one.

Adam Kokesh was on this one but Adam Brown couldn't make it so the ever faithful and resilient Elijah Boyd occupied his chair. Big props to Elijah.

Here's a little about Adam:

Adam Kokesh was born on February 1, 1982 in California. Growing up he played sports every season and read numerous books at the encouragement of his parents. His interest in science and technology led him to many science fair victories and NASA's Space Camp. After middle school, where he played trumpet in the band and basketball, at the encouragement of a friend of a parent who was a former Marine, he went to "Devil Pups," a junior boot camp-style citizenship and fitness program hosted by the Marines at Camp Pendleton. In high school he participated in Model UN, taught silversmithing classes, and founded a campus radio station. During the summers he worked at a print shop and with horses. He is the only non-native to graduate from the Native American Preparatory School formerly of San Miguel County, New Mexico. He received his bachelor's degree in Psychology from Claremont McKenna College where he played rugby, sang in the choir, and competed with the ballroom dance team.

Adam's grandfather, Charles Henry Kokesh, was a pilot in World War II as one of the "Flying Sergeants," was awarded a Silver Star, and was nominated for the Congressional Medal of Honor. Inspired by this and and the Marines he met in Devil Pups, Adam enlisted in the Marines while still in high school at the age of 17. He completed boot camp and Marine Combat Training in San Diego, Field Artillery School at Fort Sill in Oklahoma, and NBC Training (Nuclear, Biological and Chemical) in Texas. He was awarded a Navy Achievement Medal for his work as a Recruiter's Assistant and played for the All-Marine Rugby Team. He volunteered to go to Fallujah in 2004 with a Marine Corps Civil Affairs team where he was meritoriously promoted to Sergeant. For his tour he received a Navy Commendation Medal and Combat Action Ribbon.

In 2007, Kokesh joined Iraq Veterans Against the War and helped bring the organization to national prominence as its most visible leader. He first came to national attention for holding up a score card during Alberto Gonzales' testimony to Congress regarding the dismissal of U.S. Attorneys keeping track of how many times he said, "I don't recall." His photograph appeared in many national newspapers and resulted in dozens of TV interviews. He was later to become the story himself when prosecuted unlawfully by the Marine Corps (while he was in the inactive reserves) for staging a street theater protest that included a mock combat patrol, "to bring a small piece of the reality of war home to Washington, DC."

Adam was an active supporter of Ron Paul and would eventually come to found and lead Veterans for Ron Paul, organizing a stunning march on the White House for vets to turn their back on Obama and raise awareness about military suicide. He was invited to speak at the 2008 Revolution March in DC organized by grassroots Ron Paul supporters and his speech that day is what put him on the map as a promising representative of the freedom movement.

After the debate on Iraq was won, Adam turned his attention to other freedom causes and continued his effective advocacy, organizing, and civil disobedience. He has been arrested over three dozen times for protesting, smoking cannabis, not smoking cannabis, cursing, filming on the sidewalk, and even dancing.

Adam first began his career in media with the birth of ADAM VS THE MAN as a radio show in Albuquerque on KIVA in 2010. After six months it was picked up as a TV show for RT America. After four months on the air, he was fired for criticizing Putin and went independent online to focus on podcasting and YouTube, where he has over 60 million views. He is well known for using Nonviolent Communication and Socratic Dialogue techniques in his "man on the street" videos. Recently he has shifted focus to blockchain-based social media and is very active as a promoter of Steemit where he releases exclusive content.

While in jail in Washington, DC in 2013, he began writing FREEDOM!, now considered a "bible for voluntaryism." The book is in its fourth printing and has been downloaded over 2 million times. With the platform he has built for himself, he was able to successfully self-publish and make it available for free in every digital format possible including audiobook. In a jailhouse interview with Fox 5 DC during that time, Kokesh announced his plans to run for President of the United States in 2020 on a platform of an orderly, peaceful, and responsible dissolution of the U.S. Federal Government. He is currently working on his second book, a war memoir titled, "Hot, Dirty, & Dangerous - How seven months in Fallujah challenged my patriotism." His third book, "American Freedom!" will detail the platform of dissolving the federal government and is scheduled to come out soon. One of the reasons for his success is his commitment to doing a national tour hitting 100+ cities every year. FREEDOM! was officially endorsed by the US Department of Justice when they banned it from federal prison facilities, declaring "the entire publication" to be, "a threat to the good order and discipline of the institution."

Wow so maybe that was A LOT about Adam.

Adam was one of the speakers at the Boston Straight Pride Parade. It seems strange to have speakers at a parade doesn't it? For the purpose of these show notes we'll refer to it as the "Boston Straight Pride Gathering of Straight People and Allies of Heterosexuality" Yeah that's better.

Adam's speech was really good. His message was loosely "Don't fall for the divide and conquer tactics of the cunty culture war". He ended up getting kicked off stage before he could finish the speech because he said a bunch of anti-government stuff and the people that put the event on didn't appreciate it. One guy that seemed particularly miffed had a really cool tri point hat. I would like to own that hat but I wouldn't wear it anywhere out of shame. Just for at home.

Here's the video.

Anyhow it was a good interview and you should probably just listen to it.

4. What are ya some kind of feminist - ABS064
https://ancapbarbershop.com/64... download (audio/mpeg, 49.32Mb)

In this one, we're talking about astrology, bigfoot, suicide cults, Dave Chapelle's new comedy special and new Jeffrey Epstein news. Strap in and get ready, you don't want to miss this one!

What up fools! It's time for the show notes that go along with the Ancap Barber Shop Greatest Podcast On Earth Podcast and if you've ever taken the time to read the show notes you're a true fan, you're close to my heart and you know that they're a show of their own. This ship sails it's own seas, yeah. So sorry it's been a while and I haven't put this one out. Shit gets real out here in the streets and it's tough to make it on a podcaster's salary so to maintain the lifestyle I've grown accustomed to (canned sausages, Skoal, and non-alcoholic beers) sometimes we have to focus on other, more boring things. So anyways on to the show...

A very dedicated unnamed fan left a convoluted voicemail and I didn't pay attention to most of it except for the part where he said that the Ancap Barber Shop was the greatest podcast on earth and the parts where he tried to pimp some less savory, however commercially VIABLE libertarian podcasts. Come on guys don't do that shit. Anyways sorry we talked over it so much but we spent a lot of time getting through it so good for you fella if that's what you're into.

Lol Chris Sprangle.

Damn, we need to get Dave on soon to talk about all this Shane Gillis shit. If you don't know Shane is a Philly/NY comic that I've been a big fan of for a few years. He just got a job as a cast member of SNL but lost the gig because a few hours after the announcement some busybody found an ep of Matt and Shane's Secret Podcast where Shane did a really funny Asian voice and used a bad bad racial slur. Dave and I have been following the story so yeah, we'll talk about it.

Somebody left us another VM in a different language. It sounded like a hex to me, which may have something to do with us not putting out a hawt cast for a minute. Who Knows.

Another crummy voicemail.

Oh yeah, this is the one where we roasted astrology a bunch. Damn that's some crazy shit to believe. We did check out our horoscopes and mine was pretty stupid. To be honest Adam's was on point though.

I'm a Virgo and Adam's something else.

We move on to talk about Dave Chapelle's new comedy special "Sticks and Stones". It's really offensive and it's really funny. Chapelle is the GOAT!

We finish up talking about a drone pic that was maybe recently taken over Jeffrey Epstein's island... Baby Saint James' Island? Pedophile Island? Anyways it was a picture of a dude who was a dead ringer for Jeff Ep himself. I don't know man, pretty weird stuff.

Hey so watch out for the next one coming out. We interview Adam Kokesh and it's a sick ass interview.

Also, Adam made a twitter. It's downtownadambrown but he doesn't know how it's spelled so good luck.

5. Sleepy Joe Biden and Chuck Berry's Home Movies - ABS063
http://ancapbarber.libsyn.com/... download (audio/mpeg, 53.22Mb)

Hey Y'all, In this one we're talking about people that believe in horoscopes, Jeffrey Epstein, Democratic debates, a few Joe Biden slip-ups, and Chuck Berry. Listen, this one is really good and if nothing else skip to the end and check out the Chuck Berry stuff, you won't be disappointed. Oh yeah, we review a candy bar too. I forget what it's called but it's like a bougie version of a Twix and you should check it out. Listen to the podcast.

Adam starts off ripping into people that believe in horoscopes and I'd like to say something along the lines of "Adam is really mean for giving these people such a hard time." but honestly I'm with him, horoscopes are real nutty and so are the people that believe in them.

We just recorded a sick Patreon cast about the "Men in Black" which had something to do with aliens and the blues brothers. You should check it out at patreon.com/ancapbarbershop.

Some real low energy tricksters have been leaving voicemails saying that Adam's impressions are better than mine and I'm less than impressed that these keyboard warrior beta-cuck losers are doing so anonymously. I doubt they even listen to the show and they're lucky I even played that shit here. If you'd like to defend my honor leave a voicemail at 256-607-3197.

I'm watching "The Meg" while I'm typing this and I gotta say that I really like Jason Statham. I know that's probably not a boiling hot take but I just saw "Snatch" and "Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels" and they're both really good. IDK man Jason Statham just seems like a really capable guy and he has a cool accent and whatnot. I'm usually not behind on good ass movies but I missed those two. Is "Crank" good? I haven't seen that one.

Do you guys think Jeff Ep was into human sacrifices and shit? It seems like if you're running child prostitution rings for world leaders and shit you might be into other weird shit. Who fuckin knows.

Goddamn Adam is annoying when he tries to do voices. Honestly, you can just skip past the Jeffrey Epstein shit Adam ruined it.

I guess the tattooed greasy-haired chick in "The Meg" is pretty hot.

Monarchies are fucking stupid and gay as fuck.

Back to the big shark movie, the handsome middle eastern looking actor looks really familiar to me but I can't figure it out. He seems good but Jason Statham is my favorite guy so far. Damn, he is literally in the water with the fuckin shark. Nothing but a snorkel and a spear gun.

Ok, Adam's explaining how snapchat works.

Oh yeah, it's a Hershey's something something cookie crunch. It's a nice treat.

Damn "There's always a bigger fish" lol.

Man Joe Biden is fuckin crackin me up. I think there have been more clips like these that have come out since this recording as well. Joe's killing it.

Damn me and Adam watch the Chuck Berry sex tape and he farts in the middle of pissing in a hooker's mouth. What else can I say?

Well, I think that about wraps her up. We hope you enjoyed this one, and if you did you should like our facebook page, Instagram and Patreon.

6. Vermin Supreme is Duncan Trussell From the Future- ABS062
http://ancapbarbershop.com/62 download (audio/mpeg, 12.71Mb)

Hey Everybody, in this one we're talking Vermin Supreme, "bedroom" advice, commercial Jingles, Encyclopedia Dramatica and cops getting caught making up bogus charges for legal gun owners for, legally carrying guns. Get ready to listen to the recently dubbed, "Greatest podcast on planet Earth", by... someone.

First off Adam wants to start a band, or at least has a fantasy of starting a band that only plays commercial jingles. It's a pretty good idea I think but he does say "local commercials" while we're talking about O'reillys Auto Parts, which most people know is a national chain. At least I'm pretty sure it is. At the very least it's a regional thing in the southeast. If you live somewhere other than that and you have O'reillys there let me know.

Also good for you, they're a pretty stand up establishment as far as I know. You need car shit and they'll sell it to you for sure, as long as you pay anyhow. I have a 2007 ZX3 which sounds like a faggy import but it's not. It's a Ford Focus. It's the three door... two doors and a hatchback technically, which is where the "3" in "ZX3" comes from. Not real sure about the "ZX" part though. Point is I've had to put three fucking alternators in that fucking car since I bought it in 2009. Alternators are easy in a a lot of cars, they put it right on top. You just undo the belt thing and switch out the alternator. Get it tested at O'reillys (for free by the way), they'll tell you it's fucked up and sell you a new one. Always take them the alternator first, don't just buy a new one cause they knock like 20-40 bucks off if you leave them the old one cause they rebuild it. Well, the mexicans rebuild it, which I'm fine with. We love the lads on this show. Goddamit back to the story. On a 2007 Ford Focus the alternator is right in the middle of the engine. Not close to the top or the bottom, so you have to take half the car apart to get that heavy fucker out. Oh shit I should probably tell you to disconnect the battery before doing anything. I hope this isn't where you're coming to figure out how to swap out an alternator on a 2007 Ford Focus but at this point I've explained half of it so here goes. Undo the battery, I think the airbox thing next, loosen up the lines that carry the window washer fluid so they can moved easily, take the heat shield off, which is the shittiest part probably because the bolts at the bottom are hard as fuck to get to, which isn't a big deal after you get it off because you're going to lose half the bolts anyway. Undo the belt by rotating the tensioner pulley with two wrenches linked together for leverage. If I knew how to put a pic of what I'm talking about here I would, but I don't know how to do that so good luck figuring it out. Wait what about this:

                                                                x     x

                                                              x          x

                                                                    x         x

                                                                       x          x

                                                                    x        x

That should do. There's a pretty decent chance that once I email this to Pax Libertas and they do whatever they do with it it might get jumbled up and not make any sense but I drew a picture of two wrenches linked up together out of Xs. Kind of proud of it TBH.

So next you're gonna want to unhook the wire harness and the ground cable from the alternator. It's might be a bitch to get the tab thingy hookup undone but try not to break it cause I don't know how to fix that, but I'm sure it's complicated and you'll probably fuck your car up if you put the new one on wrong. Undo all the bolts and start working that heavy fucker out (through the top). I think I already explained to take it to O'reillys and get it tested and buy a new one, so after that put it back together in reverse order. Just do the best with your heat shield and the missing bolt situation, it'll probably stay on there. Then you're good to go most likely. I think you're supposed to do some shit with your AC to reset the idle but I don't usually fuck with it.

Anyway one time I got an alternator from O'reilly's and it stopped six months later. They replaced it under warranty and didn't even want to know who I was or see a receipt.

So shouts Out to O'reillys.

Also, fuck Adam. He read the show notes on the last ep and didn't like me making fun of him so I'm pretty sure he had his friends leave some mean voicemails about me. You'll hear those next episode.

Fuck you Adam my impressions are much better than yours.

I should probably make it clear that I'm not a mechanic and you definitely shouldn't take any kind of advice from me.

I guess now we're doing sound checks and fixing mic stands during the show so sorry.

I know it's kind of hack to say this but fuck telemarketers.

Oh yeah I hung out with Dave a while back and we danced to rap music out in his shed for a few hours. Damn that was a fun day. I love dancing to rap music.

We figured out that this is the greatest podcast on planet earth. Damn boys we made it.

We recently put out one of our best Patreon episodes. Honestly at this point the Patreon episodes are much better than the free ones so check them out atpatreon.com/ancapbarbershop

Adam actually had a pretty good idea with the monthly Pax Libertas highlights reel. It only works if we're not in it though.

Adam has been doing an experiment where he wears socks during intercourse. He says it's somehow better but all I can think about is him nude save for his stocking feet.

Also if you're having a hard time with early pops in the bedroom do this. When you get close start thinking about Joe Rogan and Jordan Peterson having a conversation on his podcast and it will distract you enough to push though. I swear to god it works every time.

Well I think I've written enough. I don't remember what else we talked about so you'll just have to listen. I bet it's some high quality conversation though.

7. Long John Silver's Fan Fiction- ABS061
http://ancapbarbershop.com/61 download (audio/mpeg, 12.25Mb)

Hey everybody, Welcome to the sixty-first episode of the Ancap Barber Shop. In this one we talk Long John Silver's conspiracies, Black Mirror season three and steamy sub-reddits about certain body parts that resemble Homer Simpson's face. This cast is not for little babies so if you think you're ready, go ahead and hit play.

So we start with some stretching on this one. I pushed Adam's leg into his chest but it was hardly perpendicular to his body before he started crying like a little bitch. We discussed whether or not it was manly to be good at stretching and concluded that stretching and/or being good at stretching is pretty gay.

Fuck there were some good contenders for the episode title in this one. The leader was "Blacked" Mirror, boys will be boys would have been good too but I had to go with the Long John Silver's thing.

I'm not sure If I used perpendicular correctly or not earlier but I meant the one where it makes a 90 degree angle. As opposed to being parallel I think.

I re-listened to the 47th episode and Adam was in fact not there so he can't be liable for anything.

Adam's impressions are not as good as mine.

Honestly if you want to miss Adam's impressions you can skip like the first ten minutes.

Fuck man I miss Dave. I mean I still see him like once or twice a month but I wish he would come on a hawt cast with us. I'll try to make that happen soon.

We're talking about how much my four year old says curses. I think she knows all the good ones. I wouldn't really care except that I don't want her to do it at school and get me in trouble. I honestly don't cuss around her anymore but I can't get my wife's friends to stop doing it. They keep forgetting and fucking up in front of my kid and now she says shit and fuck all the time.

Oh shit I forgot about that episode of Black mirror. I'm pretty sure I had a stroke of genius with the episode name or the title or whatever. I'm worried it might go over some of your heads so here it is. It's the porn site black dot com and the show black mirror. It would work better if there was a mandingo gang bang in the new season instead of gay ebony VR stuff but I think it's plenty serviceable.

*EDIT I changed the name of the ep.

Oh fuck this episode was the origin of the "I want-a to be back in a-my momma's a-pooooossy" stuff. Hell yeah.

Adam hits me with some sort of conspiracy about Long John's Silver's the fish restaurant. I don't remember what it was but we also looked at the reddit page R/simp which is a page where you can look at pussies that look like Homer Simpson's mouth. You have to be 18 to view the page so no fucking lying boys simps ain't for goddamn babies.

Oh yeah he says "Longs Johns Silver's is a large scale marijuana money laundering operation". I'm not going to explain it here because Adam does the research but I write the show notes. Honestly I don't think anyone reads these. Surely no one listens to the show and reads these. If you did you're fucking stupid just listen to the goddamn podcast. I may use these show notes to preemptively publish a manifesto I've been working on. So if anyone does read these please send me a DM or something.

Fuck if you do read these leave a fucking voicemail. 256-607-3197.

I don't think the Long John Silver's stuff is very good because I couldn't pay attention when Adam was telling me about it and honestly I'm kind of fading now.

I was joking about the manifesto thing obviously.

8. Abortion, Brother- ABS060
https://ancapbarbershop.com/60... download (audio/mpeg, 11.78Mb)

In this sixtieth episode, we're talking abortion, chiropractors and we play a game where we guess whether a headline from a news article is sincere or satire. Strap in and get ready, cause this podcast has two people talking into microphones.

Yeah Boi. What's up with the Walmart making my swimming trunks short and making me feel gay? Adam says the most attractive part of a man's body is his thighs. Not sure how comfortable I am with that.

FYI, me and Erika recorded a Patreon episode that was all about anime so it's probably pretty good that it came out sounding like shit cause we scrapped it.

Abortion is in the news with Alabama, among other states, making it illegal to provide one. I'm sure everyone has been waiting to hear our takes so here we go. Abortion is sick and making abortion illegal is pretty gay.

I was a good boy feminist and went to the local pro-choice rally. It was pretty cool and what not. There was a lot of people there yada yada.

I had an article pulled up about something but my daughter was watching paw patrol on it so we didn't read it.

Damn I'm listening to the episode while I write the show notes and I gotta say, this was a pretty hawt cast. Only the hawtest of casts for the biggest of dawgs. You guys are awesome for listening.

I started going to the chiropractor despite my libertarian training (Penn and Teller's BULLSHIT!) and it worked pretty well. It's been about a month now and my back hurts pretty bad but I probably just need to go back again. So if your back hurts I'd try a chiropractor.

We finish up by playing a game where Adam reads me the headline from a news article and I guess whether or not it was an onion article. I think he got a point when I was wrong and I got a point when I guessed correctly. I think I remember winning, I can't keep listening to find out right now because my wife just got back from the store and I have to carry groceries in...

9. Hot Mother's Day Cast - ABS059
http://ancapbarbershop.com/59 download (audio/mpeg, 15.77Mb)

Hey Everybody, the long-awaited episode fifty-nine is here! In this one, we talk about voting in Alabama by location, Julian Assange, Brody Dalle from the distillers and Bama boi Charles Barkley.

We started off talking about how hawt and sexy Brody Dalle from the Distillers is (and was when I was 14), most of it got cut though because we were listening to music in the background. For some reason, we thought it would be OK if we talked over it but I got scared and deleted it. I'm sure everyone can appreciate stuff like that. Also, we tried doing the podcast standing up this time and it helped a lot.

Soundboards down because I converted all the clips to the wrong format and I haven't fixed it yet. Sorry about that.

We discuss which holidays we would get rid of if we could. The list includes:

Mother's day

Father's day

Greek Easter

President's day

Labor day

Valentine's day

Probably more too if we thought about it. Let us know which holidays you don't like at facebook.com/ancapbarbershop

I'm sure people would think it was cool of you posted about it on our Facebook wall. You can be like "I don't like Labor Day very much" and we'll be like "Yeah you go girl".

I would feel bad about getting rid of Halloween because Dave likes it so much though.

We did disagree about Independence Day. Adam doesn't like it but I live for 1776 lol. Adam has some good points though. Like you can grill out any day you want, and fireworks are stupid. Pretty solid for real. Fireworks are kinda stupid.

Adam used to date a girl that was a foot taller than him and he had to stand on his tiptoes to kiss lol.

It's the gayest way a man can kiss a woman and Adam did it probably more than once.

So Adam blows my mind Joe Rogan style with this "black belt of Alabama" shit. Basically, there were something like mineral deposits or fossils that were concentrated in a "belt" running east to west across the state that lead to rich soil. It's called the black belt because of rich soil, not black people but that's what's going on. Sharecroppers settled heavily in the area and fast forward to now and people in the area vote overwhelmingly democrat. It all sounds pretty racist to me but get mad at Adam, it's his content.

Charles Barkley is a strooooong black conservative.

Also, we love the lads.

We talk about planning a Hispanic themed episode to pander to our fanbase. We don't have anything locked in but we'll probably plan something out for you guys.

If you know the latest on Jussie Smollett leave us a voicemail at 256-607-3197. We'll believe anything you say probably, we haven't kept up with the story very well.

We're still standing up.

I should probably say we spend a fair amount of time talking about our kinks as well as the kink/porn communities in this one at different points so if you don't like that stuff sorry, just listen to the next one.

So there are some allegations that Julian Assange is being drugged by the government to make him crazy. I'm sure by the time this comes out Snopes will have disproved it so it may be some weird fan fiction shit. It might be for real though, we just don't know. Its alleged he is being given a drug called "BZ" which is some crazy tripping shit we've never heard of.

Well, I think that about wraps her up. We hope you enjoyed this one, and if you did you should like our Facebook pageInstagram and Patreon.

10. Sir Noface- ABS058
http://ancapbarbershop.com/58 download (audio/mpeg, 68.10Mb)

Welcome to episode fifty eight of the Ancap Barber Shop! In this one we "break down" esteemed ghost hunting documentary "Sir Noface". For almost an entire year now, It's been widely accepted in the scientific community that the DEFINITIVE evidence proving the existence of ghosts has been found (upon the 2018 documentary release). But could the boys (and girl) be on to something? Is it possible that the juggalo film maker is simply lying? Even though every scientist ever agrees that ghosts are real now??? Find out this and more in this fortnight's episode.

So me (Scott), Adam and Erika are on the panel for this one. We get right down to business by starting to watch the documentary, and talking about it, just like you'd expect...

Chad Calek embarks on a journey DOWN UNDER to verify the validity of camera footage caught by Australian native paranormal investigator and former minor league rugby guy, Craig Powell and his troupe of ghost hunting associates, W.S.P.R. The footage shows a child-like super-creepy ghost looking dude, swing into a door way from a room or hallway we never get to see for some reason. The ghost that was originally supposed to be an ADULT military guy in uniform swung it's gimpy body in front of the camera for about two goddamn seconds and swung back. Notice the figure's head doesn't pivot. Just looks straight ahead. Most of the figure appears to be static, while the extremities swing in pendulum fashion, following the spooky specter's movements.

Chad who has a fucking clown tattooed on his fore arm plays the skeptic, holding poor Craig's "feet to the coals". He presents the following possibilities: The ghost is real or the footage was faked with CGI technology. He doesn't bother to consider whether or not it could have been a doll of some sort. I mean all those cosplay dorks like Dave make shit that looks realer than that alien looking bastard. It doesn't move like a person, it moves like a doll or a dummy or something.

My money is on Chad faking the whole thing. Craig is probably in on it but maybe not. Damn this is a funny ass movie though, so mad respect for the dawgs.

Oh BTW here's an article from someone a little more skeptical than the skeptic videographer, that I thought was pretty damn good.

"There is one more possibility. Chad faked the whole thing. Chad has a proven history of profiting fr... Read more at https://www.higgypop.com/news/sir-noface-footage/"

Wow, I tried to copy and paste a SMALL excerpt from the article and it regenerated the text to link me back to the website after only a few words. Well that sucks for you if you like long show notes I guess.

I'm not gonna knock it though, it's a pretty good article, I actually read the whole thing, by myself like a big boy, and it was pretty good. Wow.

Oh here's the IMDB:

It got a 3.9/10 so, pretty good.

And here's the link to watch the movie on Amazon:

11. Inuyasha is a Pedophile - ABS057
http://ancapbarbershop.com/57 download (audio/mpeg, 16.66Mb)

Welcome to the fifty-seventh episode of The Ancap Barber Shop! In this one me and Adam are completely unleashed, casting aside the restraints of things like "format" and "content", and boy does it pay off. We're really proud of this one, and you should be too. Strap in and pull out your finest set of earbuds because it's about to get real.

We tried a new audio production technique where we must of bumped some controls and didn't notice because my channel was panned all the way to one side. We fixed it and you probably won't notice but if it sounds a little funny that's probably why.

Adam starts off talking about something called the bridge water triangle. Apparently it's an area of Massachusetts  where they have a lot of ghosts and fireballs? Animal mutilations too. We came to the conclusion that Adam is against animal mutilation and I'm for it.

We would both try veal or foie gras though.

We move on talking about a few ghost stories from my childhood. I've told this story before but I saw a guy without a face. Also an orb, which is apparently common. Adam's friend's house was haunted as well.

Also we both believe in aliens.

Oh yeah Inuyasha came up because there was a character that didn't have a face. That thing was fucking creepy and posed as his mom and like sucked him into her chest and shit. But yeah Kagome is 15 years old and Inuyasha is like a hundred years old. So pretty fucked up by most standards. Adam wanted to fuck Kagome but he was 10 so he got a pass, at least at the time...

We discussed the manifesto penned by the Christchurch New Zealand shooter. If you haven't heard this dude was a real mother fucker. He said he could have used anything to commit the attack but chose firearms because of how it would affect civil discourse. It probably wasn't a great time to make fun of muslims considering this cocksucker just murdered like fifty of them in cold blood. But yeah, it is what it is. Don't listen I guess. Seriously though fuck this guy.

The Bam Margera content wasn't all THAT original. But damn we had fun with it. He just went on cumtown and had some sort of mental break the next day. Kind of a funny situation but I feel bad for poor Bam Bam. We looked up to him as kids and shit. It's whatever though.

Well I think that about wraps her up. We hope you enjoyed this one, and if you did you should like our Facebook pageInstagram and Patreon.

Hello friends, welcome to the Ancap Barber Shop! Boy have we got a winner for you this time. We've got one final Jussie Smollett update, well hopefully, and we're talking about world famous sports guy David Irving, who quit the NFL during an Instagram video over their cannabis policy, while blazing a fat blunt. Strap in and get ready for episode fifty six!

I knew it was gonna be a hot cast so I hit the skoal right off the bat. Nobody has asked if I'm concerned about my lip falling apart since I started dipping again. I'm not, fuck cancer. Thanks for asking.

Check out our YouTube page if you think it's something you might be into. We have a state of the art system where we upload the video episodes a few months down the road so you get to enjoy them again lol.

Ancap Barber Boi News:

I've got another one of my world famous hair brained ideas. I'm tired of working for the man and I've got a bunch of land and shit now so I'm learning woodworking. If I can get good at it I'm gonna make furniture and sell it for money. If you think that's cool send me a DM and let me know. Also if you know how to do woodworking pretty good hit me up.

Me and Elijah went to the state house in Montgomery to protest some gas tax bullshit, it was a pretty sick trip. They got a big motherfuckin bass pro shop in Montgomery.

Me and Adam are making a bird house. I swear I can make shit way cooler than a dumb ass bird house but Adam wanted to make one so I'm showing him the 1s and 2s of birdhouse design.

If you whether or not the troops ever left Syria DM me and fill us in and maybe we'll talk about it on the show. Also if you're a black Israelite hit us up, we got questions.

What the fuck is the internet!?:

We read this article about recent JS news. It's not looking great for the Empire actor. He might go to jail or prison or whatever, he'll probably hit up that plea deal though.

13. Ja Rule and Gillette – ABS055
https://ancapbarbershop.com/55... download (audio/mpeg, 28.09Mb)

Here we go, podcast time again boys and girls! Welcome to the 55th edition of the Ancap Barber Shop! We're Talking Ja Rule and the Gillette commercial. Check it out!

Right off the top work is gay and truck drivers are fuckin sick. Me and Adam spend too much time talking about truck driving shit and tattoos. Ironic tattoos are the way to go.

I've already said it, but Disney World is sick as fuck. We recount our times there and Adam says it's as big as San Francisco. I don't know if it's true but he said it. Huge shout out to Disney World.

Man I forgot about this but before you get into any of the parks, there's usually one old as security guy with an old ass broke down dog. Like it's supposed to be a drug sniffing dog or something but it's old as shit and just lays there. That shit made me laugh. Shouts out to those old dogs.

Damn still talking about Disney World gonna hit fast forward real quick...

While we wait, you should really check out our Patreon. We've lowered the prices to be more inclusive to poor people. We've basically done the opposite of gentrification to our Patreon, whatever that would be. The January Patreon EP was really Juicy. Patreon is basically our safe space to say the shit we're scared to put out to the public. You can find it at patreon.com/ancapbarbershop.

"He keep that thing on him" lol. Winnie the Pooh is a real one for sure.

Man I feel bad about that Diagon Alley shit but it's true. Like I said though, everyone wants to dress up like a wizard, and that's OK by me.

Thanks to the folks that have been liking our Facebook Page. If you haven't, go to facebook.com/ancapbarbershop and do that shit.

Man this Ja Rule shit is so funny. If you want to watch along the clip is at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ivo3k-TtaOU

Sorry for the lack of hyperlinks. My internet sucks and I can't get Evernote to pull up so I'm writing this shit on WordPad and it sucks.

We weren't thrilled with the Gillette commercial. It's not a big deal, and if your threatened by it you've got bigger problems then an ad. But it was dumb as fuck.

Listen guys this was a good one and we hope you keep listening, and don't forget to watch ancapbarbershop.com for all Ancap Barber Shop updates and new episodes. Peace out doggies."

14. Vote for Corey Feldman- ABS54
https://ancapbarbershop.com/54... download (audio/mpeg, 25.22Mb)

Hey y'all, welcome to the Ancap Barber Shop. In this one we're talking about the third season of Attack on Titan, Italian slurs, the MAGA bomber, and the first of two very special live music performances by the Feldog. Strap in and grab your popcorn because we're about to make your ear holes cream.

First off, my bad to the patrons. The past couple of months have been fucked up. We didn't get a lot of podcast shit done because I (Scott) moved into my new (new to me) house, and then my job got fuckin busy because of gay ass christmas. I know it doesn't sound like a good excuse, but it got like really busy. If you don't send us money then sorry, but not really.

I think we recorded this sometime in November maybe? I really don't remember... Yeah I'm listening and we're talking about dumb ass voting and I'm pretty sure that happens sometimes in November.

We relocated the studios (along with my family and shit) to Owens Crossroads and we can only get 25 mbps internet so the video quality on the livestreams is gonna suck for awhile. If you don't like it call hughes net and talk to them about it. What's a good pun for Owens Crossroads? Damn, wait. Oh men's cross dresser chodes? That'll work for now.

I'm writing these show notes on the ride back from Disney World so we'll talk about that on a Patreon episode coming up soon but here's a good one until then: "Up where they walk, up where they run, up where they're gay all day and eat cum!"

Damn dude Disney World was cool.

Does anyone know if weed actually fights cancer and shit? That's gotta be bullshit right?

We talk about that MAGA bomber dude and we're against sending bombs to places. We also read some comments on the situation from what Adam calls a "mega-thread" on Reddit.

Oh yeah the MAGA bomber was apparently a former male stripper if you trust the son.co . UK!

Ok so for the final segment we finally get to the long awaited inaugural news piece covering Corey Feldman's musical career. We get down to the very nature of why Feldog IS Feldog.

We hope you enjoyed this one, and if you did you should like our Facebook pageInstagram and Patreon.

First off you've got to buy this dude's book, and just for the Ancap Barber Shop listeners, Remso is taking seven dollars off a signed copy! It's an entertaining read and comes highly recommended by me, and the cover design is a legitimate stroke of brilliance. Check out the link below to use the discount.

If you'd like to get the Kindle or paperback version, you can get it from Amazon here:

We talk about the goings on of his formerly attended Nascar club, how far some left wing folks are gone from libertarian ideals, the Gun Owners of America, for which Remso is the cohost of their podcast: Firing Back, our taste in gamecube and gameboy color games, his film projects, his work as a paranormal investigator... shit what else? Oh yeah multiverse theory, UFOs and I get to talk about the time I saw a ghost or something.

Fuckin shit this podcast was good.

Remso's podcast, The Remso Republic, can be found here:

and his writing can be found here:

Seriously, you should check Remso's work out, he's a super interesting fella, and a lot of fun for me to talk to.

Here's a preview for his current paranormal investigation project, The Witching Hour:

I have to say, we're sorry for how long it's been since we've put an episode out. I've been moving and it's had me fucked up, but we're back in full swing now buddy.

16. Brett Kavanaugh, sex creep or naugh? - ABS052
http://ancapbarbershop.com/52 download (audio/mpeg, 32.09Mb)

We're breaking down Brett Kavanaugh's confirmation hearing as well as the recent #METOO comments from legendary comic Norm MacDonald. Welcome to this fortnights' episode of the Ancap Barber Shop!

Big Dick Ancap Shit

After starting the show off with a re-inaction of the questioning of Kavanaugh at his confirmation hearing by

Sheldon Whitehouse, we delve into our pertinent commentary on the subject.

But first we need to establish that Mr. Producer Fuckhead Mcghee was a thing, but only for a short amount of while.

I'd like to start by saying that rape and sexual assault are not and should not be acceptable or tolerable in any society. Everything hinges on consent. Rapists if caught in the act should be shot until dead.  accusations of rape or sexual assault should be investigated, and if the accused is reasonably proven to be guilty, they should be punished or shunned from society depending on the severity of their crime. That being said an accusation alone is not enough in my eyes to convict the accused.

So what happened at now Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh's confirmation hearing?

Kavanaugh was nominated by Trump to be an associate justice in the U.S. Supreme Court and shortly before the nomination vote Christina Blassey Ford accused him of sexual assault when they were teenagers.

Did Kavanaugh sexually assault Dr. Christine Blassey Ford? He very well may have as far as anyone knows. The only people that likely know the truth are Kavanaugh and Ford. That being said with the overwhelming lack of evidence for the crime, we don't think it is fair to assume Kavanaugh's guilt.

Ford's witnesses do not corroborate her story.

There were a few honorable mentions for the particulars of either of their stories not being convincing.

Ford's initial claim that she couldn't travel by plane was interesting considering she had been on planes for family vacations among other things on a regular basis. She originally refused to fly for the hearing and requested it take place in her vicinity, but eventually worked up the gumption to make the flight. Seems like an obvious stall tactic but who knows.

Ford testified that she had never been trained, or partook in the training or coaching of anyone else in preparation for a polygraph test. a letter from an alleged and anonymous ex-boyfriend of Ford contradicted her.

We really don't think that anyone is buying Brett's deflections for questions about his alcohol fueled adolescence, or the sexual innuendo between him and his childhood friends,  but he shouldn't be on trial for any of that. He would have come across as more genuine had he been more forthcoming about some of the things in his yearbook.

We also know that boofing is a method of delivery, through the anus, of drugs and alcohol.

The most unfortunate thing about the subject matter of the hearing was the lack of discussion about Brett as a judge. He was a terribly hawkish and authoritarian concerning personal privacy and national security, and was more than supportive of the Patriot Act.

I've compiled a list of all the articles and clips referenced below:

Ford's witnesses do not corroborate her story

Ford's plane travel.

Ancap Barber Boi News

If you haven't heard, the fuckhead senator and former presidential candidate John McCain has died. You can probably tell we're real butthurt about the passing of this great American "hero". All joking and shit stirring aside, our thoughts are with the family, as well with the families of the 4,497 American soldiers who have died since the initial invasion of Iraq. Not to mention the hefty civilian toll as well as Afghanistan, Syria, ETC...

We begin by discussing McCain's life. We read from his Wikipedia entry and recount the major events that took place on his journey from his adolescence clear through to his death. You can follow along here

We brought up two other articles but didn't have time to read them. You can check out Caitlin Johnstone's scathing commentary here and the Tom Woods article regarding the establishment reaction here.

We tie up the big dick segment by playing the trailer for the newest addition to the Pax Libertas family, "The Big L with Caryn Ann Harlos". You can get more info at http://biglpodcast.com/

What the fuck is the internet!?

Adam and I argue about what we want to do with the new intro music. He likes to keep it simple with the live monologue and I want to stuff if full of stupid clips and sound bytes from the show, but he seems to think that would be hacky or some shit. I think Adam is really out of touch. If you'd like to get your voice heard leave us a voicemail at 256-607-3197.

We listen to a few interesting voicemails, 2 of them being in foreign languages. Let me be clear, we only speak god damn American at the Ancap Barber Shop so if the caller or someone that speaks Japanese or Italian could hook us up with a translation, that would be awesome sauce.

We've got big plans for a few miniseries that will be released alongside the regular Patreon episodes. We're working on a three part series reviewing the currently airing third season of "Attack on Titan" (Weeb shit) as well as planning on three episodes talking about the Bioshock (gamer shit) series. Sign up for our Patreon at the five dollar tier or higher and watch out for these.

Big Dick Ancap Shit

We discuss the naming of the new Madison, AL baseball team "the trash pandas" and proceed to wrap it up by playing a few questionable responses to the new Eminem album, which is comprised mostly of "diss" tracks, I think. I'm not the expert here so you'll have to ask our resident "hip hop head" and cohost Adam. You can hit him up at adam@ancapbarbershop.com.

I fell like we're heading in a good direction, and that we really hit it out of the park on this one. We sure hope you enjoy it and if you'd like to shoot us a line you can do so at feedback@ancapbarbershop.com, worms!

18. Are You Boycotting Nike - ABS050
http://www.ancapbarbershop.com... download (audio/mpeg, 23.54Mb)

Hello Friends! In this episode, we discuss the Nike boycott, as well as recount the first forty-nine episodes of the Ancap Barber Shop! That's right, this is our fiftieth episode, and boy is it a good one! We'll hear from a few listeners, talk about the new Eminem album, listen to a few clips from past episodes and discuss the merits of the boycott against Nike for using Colin Kaepernick in their advertising. This episode begins NOW!

We're retiring the introduction song "Kill Myself" written and performed by... myself (Scott). We're upgrading the show's music for the coming episodes, if you need your fix of Pinecone Percy you can find it here

We move on to thanking our network, patrons, and listeners. I'll reiterate here.

Seriously, we couldn't do this without you guys. I mean I literally don't know how to upload a podcast, or what an "RSS feed" is. So thanks again.

Ancap Barber Boi News

We had a few voicemails for this one. Somebody sent us a clip from the movie Billy Madison, looking back this could have been an insult to our intelligence. Are you friend or foe? Either way, we appreciate it!

The next voicemail is from the big (more recently not-so-big) man himself, Rodger Paxton! He congratulates us and wishes us another fifty to one hundred and fifty episodes. Thanks, Rodger!

The next one was a little bizarre. Adam and I thought it was a 1960's civil rights speech until we heard the announcer say something about Ric Flair. Make sure and let us know exactly what that was, lol. Our Final message this fortnight was from Brando, the other ancap barber. If you haven't heard it, we interviewed him back on episode twenty-six. Thanks, Brother!

If you'd like to leave us a voicemail you can do so at 256-607-3197. I'm in, give me a holler!

Apparently, the hip-hop artist Eminem AKA Marshall Mathers AKA Mom's Spaghetti Man just put out a new album and did so without warning or promotions. He uses the album to diss all the mumble rappers or something. This shit's a little outside my wheelhouse and Adam doesn't write the show notes so if you want to hear more outside of the podcast hit his ass up at adam@ancapbarbershop.com, then send me an email at scott@ancapbarbershop.com so I can remind him to check his email.

In the coming weeks, we'll be revamping our Patreon campaign. I don't want to say too much until all the details are finalized but we will likely be halving all of our prices, and further reducing the price of several tiers. We'll let you know more in the next episode but if you've ever thought about supporting us, or just want to get more of that sweet, sweet Ancap Barber Shop content check it out at

What the fuck is the internet!?

We spend our internet segment listening to a few clips that I selected from the first forty-nine episodes.

The first clip is from our inaugural episode, "Anarchy In Alabama" where Adam and I channeled our inner impressionists and did a dramatic reading of the Donald Trump pussy grabbing comments. You can listen to our first episode here

The second clip is from episode fifteen "Battle of Berkley and stoicism with Nick Hazelton". We discuss that "Moldylocks" girl getting punched in the face. You can listen to episode fifteen here.

The third clip is from a bonus episode we recorded live from Porcfest AKA the Porcupine Freedom Festival last year (2017). We talked about allegedly eating mushrooms the night before and allegedly losing our shit for a few hours because of it. You can catch that one here.

Our fourth and fifth clips were from episode forty-one "John Mcafee and Syria" The former clip being Adam's bigoted introduction monologue and the latter being us discussing John's unconventional sex life.

#ancapbarbergangriseup #mexicanbabysitter

You can listen to episode forty one here

Big Dick Ancap Shit

We spend a little time discussing the Nike Boycott. The footwear and apparel tycoon has chosen to center one of their ads around Kaepernick, featuring a still portrait of his likeness, and text that reads "Believe in something even it means sacrificing everything".

The internet is flooded with memes. Is this a ploy for attention from the company? Will their support of Kaepernick inevitably be a detriment to their bottom line? Oh yeah Adam is sporting his Nike SB shoes and tee shirt for this pod.

We'd like to thank everybody once again. This episode was a big milestone for us, and we really enjoyed recording it for you guys. Until next time, worms!

And don't forget to give us mother fucking money at patreon.com/ancapbarbershop

19. Elijah Boyd and a Tale of Two Georgias- ABS049
http://ancapbarbershop.com/49 download (audio/mpeg, 26.47Mb)

Hey boys and girls, welcome to the Ancap Barber Shop! We've got special guest Elijah Boyd on this one. He's the Vice chair of the Libertarian Party of Madison County as well as a candidate in the race for state house district ten here in Alabama. We also discuss what's going on in the state (as well as the country) of Georgia. Make sure you don't miss this one!

Ancap Barber Boi News

We start the show off listening to a few listener voicemails, My favorite is the one where the guy just says "Hannibal Burress" for whatever reason. Great stuff as always.

To whoever left the voicemail about Ric Flair, It was too fucking quiet try again.

Adam lets us in on some hillbilly assed advice ."One awe shit takes away all your attaboys". So yeah.

Elijah tells us a little about his campaign, and what it's like to run for public office. He says that he's not sure if he's doing it right and that the purpose of his campaign is to spread the message of liberty. You can find out about his campaign at electelijah.com

Here's a video of Elijah at the LNC putting forth a motion  for the LP to condemn Jeff Sessions.

Elijah takes us through his platform. We discuss prison reform, cannabis legalization, unfair taxes, occupational licensing and civil asset forfeiture.

We also discuss his life as a foster and adoptive parent, as well as that whole Jacob Anders thing. If you're out of the loop he was the alleged "Rapey Politician" we covered in episode 47. Here are some links to more info on that little dealio:

Big Dick Ancap Shit

Adam ties it up talking about the state of Georgia removing the pledge of allegiance (I think just in Atlanta but I don't remember, Adam always forgets to send me the links... If you've made it this far I assume you're planning on listening to the podcast so fuck off lol) as well as the country of Georgia legalizing (I hope it's legalize and not decriminalize, once again it's Adam's fault so bitch at him) cannabis.

Alright I felt bad so I looked it up. The country of Georgia LEGALIZED cannabis. Don't expect me to do more work than  I want to anymore.

If you haven't figured it out Adam originally thought that the STATE of Georgia had legalized POT. What a dipshit.

Let me remind you guys again that we livestream the episodes with cameras and shit for all levels of patronage, check it out at patreon.com/ancapbarbershop

We've been pumping out content like crazy for Patreon. Podcasts, live streams, video game shit. I'd suggest spending as much as you can so you get a bunch of goodies. Also, with Attack on Titan season 3 in full swing, we're getting ready to record our EXHAUSTIVE review of the season. I think we're going to review 4 episodes per.. episode. So a total of 3 episodes. Yeah, that should make the hentai nerds happy.

Welp, I really hope you guys have enjoyed this. I know it's been fun for me. Worms!

Oh yeah, make sure to sub our YouTube channel. We've been working on uploading the old episodes and we're gonna start putting the HD videos up shortly after the podcast drops. So yeah.

20. Joe Rogan and the Sissy of Freemont Street - ABS048
http://www.ancapbarbershop.com... download (audio/mpeg, 27.13Mb)

Hey everybody, In this episode we discuss whether or not Joe Rogan should continue his show, the sissy of Freemont street and creepy stories from the dark web. Oh yeah Darryl W. Perry calls in for a bizarre interview. Make sure you DO NOT miss this one.

Ancap Barber Boi News

We have a handful of juicy voice mails from our listeners. I guess I don't know if the last two were listeners since I don't know who they were.

Adam proceeds to crack the case on a bizarre interaction I had with a walmart employee. I think she was some type of grocery bag nazi or something.

Did you guys know that we live stream video of our show for patrons at ALL LEVELS? If you didn't, you goddamn should now. You can get the video stream as well as our Patreon exclusive episodes for as little as two bucks a month. Check it out at patreon.com/ancapbarbershop

I had the pleasure to guest star in an episode of "Sounds Like Liberty" with Nick and Lizzy. They talk about music and musicians from a libertarian perspective. We talked about a whole bunch of shit and it was a fucking riot. In particular I got to break down my nine favorite albums, so if you're at all curious about my refined taste in music be sure to check it when it drops. You should check their website everyday until they put it out. If they take too long I fully endorse harassment/online bullying. I think they listen to the show but I'm pretty sure they don't read the show notes... just don't tell them I told you to do it. Actually just don't do it at all. Oh fuck the website is https://www.soundslikelibertypodcast.com/.

What the fuck is the Internet!?

We start our internet segment by breaking down an article that claims to compile stories from reddit users about their unusual experiences in the dark web. Our more technically oriented panelist seems to think a lot of it is bullshit because he knows how technology and the internet works. Honestly it kind of fell flat once we realized it was a bunch of HOO HAA but what are you gonna do? I'm surprised it wasn't overly political. They could have used the opportunity to paint the dark web as more of a den of pedos then it is, since they seemed to be making shit up. I'm sure someone will write in and explain how some of this shit could happen. I'll pass the info along to the other guys since I won't understand it anyway.

We're turning this into a clip show, and I think the segment about "The sissy of Freemont Street" displays the nuanced and poignant commentary that the  hosts here at the Ancap Barber Shop are known for. In fact all of our peers in the podcasting industry envy  us, yet at the same time respect us. Most libertarian podcasters look up to us, even though we have only been doing it for a few years. But the Sissy is in fact an elderly man that made a video seeking a room mate and lover. He says "I'm ready for you to fuck me up anyway you want to do it you white cunts!". You just need to listen to the show, or watch the video here.

Goddamn I just watched it again and he says "And put some weights on my itty bitty two inch dick" I'm fuckin dyin bois. You gotta check this shit out.

Mediafile reports "By giving legitimacy to these conspiracy theories amongst others, Rogan is encouraging the “fake news” movement and is essentially telling his audience not to trust anything that is generally accepted as true.

I don't know man, I would think questioning everything is good. Even if the dude was into some conspiracy shit, and made it part of his show. People don't have to listen to him, much less hold the same beliefs as him or his guests.

Big Dick Ancap Shit

Darryl W. Perry called in and it was really him and not a soundboard. We had a bizarre conversation and I had to eventually hang up on him and cut the show short. I wrote longer show notes to make up for it.

The good folks at the Ancap Barber Shop really appreciate you guys listening to us. Make sure to check out our Patreon and Facebook Page. Worms.

21. Rapey Politicians and Cuban Libertarians - ABS047
https://AncapBarberShop.com/47... download (audio/mpeg, 20.14Mb)

Hey everyone, in this episode we're talking about Jacob Anders, a local politician who is under fire for some leaked questionable posts in a secret incel group, as well as the Libertarian Party in Cuba. Me (Scott) and Dave are bringing the funk tonight. Hope you guys enjoy!

Ancap Barber Boi News

We had quite a few voicemails this episode, we heard from donors Brian and Bruce as well as some of the usual jokers.

Brian actually hosts a show on Pax Libertas, you can find it at https://resisttheempirepodcast.com/

You can also leave us a voicemail for the next episode at:

On the last episode we announced the winner of our Sopranos pun contest, but misgendered, as well as mispronounced the name of our winner. So, SORRY CEGES!

What the fuck is the Internet!?

In this episode's What the Fuck is the Internet segment we discuss Jacob Anders, who is currently running for Huntsville city council district #4. He's in hot water because of surfaced screenshots being passed around on social media of some of his past posts in an "incel" group on Facebook. The locals are fired up to make sure he doesn't win, While I prefer no political masters and choose not to validate the political system by participating, I can't blame them based on his comments.

He originally had the endorsement of the local Libertarian Party chapter, but has since been revoked.

You can check out his platform here as well.

We briefly discuss Cody Wilson of Defense Distributed's case against the Federal Government. You can find out more at https://reason.com/blog/2018/07/10/the-goverment-will-allow-cody-wilsons-de as well as buy an 80% finished firearm at https://www.ghostguns.com/

Bick Dick Ancap Shit

We close out the show talking about libertarians in Cuba. Last year they officially launched the Cuban Libertarian Party after "authorities" arrested a few of their activists for distributing literature. You can read the article here, see their facebook or send them a donation at https://www.paypal.me/InstitutoMisesCuba.

Cuba's communist government is working towards recognizing some degree of private property rights, as well as the presumption of innocence in their judicial system. They claim to be opening up to private property as well as some form of free market because of their poor economy, which sounds like a concession to me, but we will see.

We hope you enjoyed this one, and don't forget to leave us a voicemail at 256-607-3197 or check out the perks on our Patreon at patreon.com/ancapbarbershop. Worms!

22. Elastigirl's Ass and Japanese Cult Leaders- ABS46
http://www.ancapbarbershop.com... download (audio/mpeg, 20.43Mb)

In this episode, we are talking about Elastigirl's PHAT ass in the new children's film "The Incredibles 2" as well as Japan using the death penalty to punish terrorist cult leaders. Me and Adam are riding solo for this one... or, well whatever. We didn't have Dave or Tanner, so this is one of the good ones. Oh yeah, we couldn't live stream this one for the patrons because Adam forgot to bring the network cable. It's his fucking fault so don't be mad at me. We also still owe the gentleman's cut and up patrons the live stream for last month. Sorry guys, shit's been real at the new and improved Martin Shkreli studios, but we'll do two this month.
Ancap Barber Boi News
We set up a phone line for listeners to leave us messages to play on the show and we received quite a few of them for this episode. We got to hear from the ghost of Jimmy Stewart (or James Dean, I think they're the same person), Tony Montana,
Hank Hill, Joe Pesci and many more. Leave us a voicemail anytime day or night and we'll play it on the next episode. The number is:
We announced the winner for our best pun to answer the question "What anime would Tony Soprano watch?" contest.
The winner is........ Ceges! with his answer of "Fullmetal Alchemist: Dagohood" Send us your info Ceges, and we'll get you a free shirt.
We closed this segment out briefly discussing a Huntsville, AL former school teacher who was arrested for brandishing a firearm at a local immigration protest. You can find the article here.
What the fuck is the Internet!?
This past fortnight's internet activity seems to have mostly revolved around discussing Elastigirl's big fat booty and since we like to keep our fingers on the pulse of what's going on in the world, we felt it necessary to weigh in. Long story short, don't tell me what to jack off to, it's none of your fucking business. and get off my goddamn property while we're at it. Oh yeah here's the article.
We talked about all the Joe Rogan hate that's been going around as well. Leave my man alone (addressed to incels everywhere).
Bick Dick Ancap Shit
For our closing segment, we talk about Shoko Asahara, founder of a Japanese doomsday cult. He was recently executed along with 6 of his cohorts for the deaths of 29 people, including 13 that died in a sarin gas attack. 6,000 people were reported injured as well. So it's pretty hard to feel bad for these guys. If you like you can read the full article here.
We hope you guys enjoyed this one, and don't forget to check out our FacebookInstagram, and Patreon, and leave us a voicemail while you're at it. Worms.

23. Peter Fonda and the Supreme Court Justice Kennedy - ABS045
http://www.ancapbarbershop.com... download (audio/mpeg, 23.94Mb)

This episode we're talking about a recent tweet from actor Peter Fonda wherein he prompted his followers to force Baron Trump into a cage full of pedophiles as well as the new supreme court justice seat vacancy.
Hello! This is the Ancap Barber Shop, and right off the top, straight from jump street, a big dicked-ass thank you to Adam for pledging $2 dollars per podcast episode on Patreon! If you'd like to join Adam in listening to our ever-growing catalog of Patreon exclusive episodes, check us out at ancapbarbershop.com/support.
A quick note for our current patrons at the gentleman's cut level and up, we are running behind on the June live stream but will be knocking it out in the next week or so. We had considered doing it right before recording this episode. but decided not to for lack of being able to give anyone a heads up. So sorry!!!
We're working on refining the show into three clearly defined segment being:
1) Ancap Barber Boi News
In this segment, we'll be discussing the events that affected us personally over the preceding fortnight. What movies we watched, shit like that.
2) What the fuck is the Internet!?
We'll use this to talk about something or things going on in the WORLD WIDE WEB that makes us happy/horny or piss us off.
3) Bick Dick Ancap Shit
The final segment of the show will be devoted to libertarian/political/philosophical type shit.
None of this is necessarily set in stone but we should have everything locked in by next POD so air your grievances accordingly.
Don't forget to submit your.... submission? to the Ancap Barber Shop Facebook page for our contest, that we're currently... running... I guess? Anyhow the premise is this. You have to answer the following question in the form of a pun:
What anime would Tony Soprano watch?
The best pun gets an Ancap Barber Shop tee shirt.
If you'd like to check out the racist podcast that we reviewed, you can find it at:
If you caught the last episode you may recall our guest, Antony of the Scottish Liberty Podcast. I had the absolute honor to participate in a live stream he hosted for the purpose of shaving his long dicked hair off. You can check that out at the link below.
We hope you guys enjoyed this one, and don't forget to check out our FacebookInstagram, and Patreon. Worms.

24. Antony Sammeroff of Scottish Liberty Podcast- ABS044
http://www.ancapbarbershop.com... download (audio/mpeg, 31.51Mb)

Boy do we have a good one lined up for you guys this time. In addition to our regular hosts and panelists we are joined by Antony Sammeroff of the Scottish Liberty Podcast and beyourselfandloveit.com. We discuss "The Psychology of Statism", environmentalism in regards to private property, Ezra Klein, Charles Murray, life in Scotland and an upcoming live stream Antony is hosting for the purpose of shaving his long, flowing mane.

Antony assured me throughout the interview that I was doing a good job, so I think you guys will probably enjoy it.
Did you guys know that I used to cut the dick bones out of dead raccoons? Yeah they have bones in their dicks and people cut them out and make toothpicks out of them. We also learned that they don't have raccoons in Scotland.
As usual the rest of the Ancap Barber boys didn't do any research or prep, so it fell to me to carry the show. I've scolded them, but if you feel like you can do a better job send your application toscott@ancapbarbershop.com. The bar isn't very high, honestly if you can keep your mouth within two inches of a microphone and not talk over me, or contradict me in any way, you've got the job. It doesn't pay anything, in fact you would have to pay me so be sure you're cool with that and we'll discuss my fee.
Shouts out to Scuba Steve from Kentucky, thanks for reaching out man. I always appreciate feedback from listeners. If you'd like to get a message to us we always love that shit. DM me on Instagram (@ancapbarber) or shoot me an email at feedback@ancapbarbershop.com.
We talk about a recent camping expedition I took with my daughter and some friends, during which I attempted to coax a neighboring camper's toddler over to my campsite. I thought the poor toddler was my kid, so I tried to bait her away from her parent's campsite with cookies. I can't make this shit up.
We really enjoyed talking with Antony, and we highly recommend checking out his content. You can find his his stuff below.
Seriously, he's a real smart dude.

25. Cops, Tariffs and Nathan Larson - ABS043
http://www.ancapbarbershop.com... download (audio/mpeg, 28.51Mb)

We're talking about a bunch of cool shit in this one, like an open pedophile, white supremacist dude who's running for Congress and a cop murdering a groundhog in COLD BLOOD, but not until I talk about the stuff I want to talk about... like the 1998 Michael Bay action spectacular, Armageddon. I wanted to figure out which characters we would be but Adam and Tanner haven't seen it, so I explain the plot for 5 minutes. I could have asked them if they had seen it but I assumed everybody had. Anyways I'm Rockhound, and I'm pretty sure Adam is Bear, Dave would be the Bruce Willis guy and Tanner is Aerosmith's daughter.
Oh yeah, I saw the new Han Solo movie and it was really good. Adam and Tanner didn't see this one either. We did figure out that C-3P0 is gay though...
We talked about the Roseanne tweet. Overall we're supportive, but we offer some poignant criticism for Ms. Barr.
Tanner wanted to bring up the mounting trade war between the U.S. and Canada, so we discussed the pros and cons of taxing imports vs not interfering with international trade.
We talk about basketball man Sterling Brown getting tazed and arrested. Me and Adam are pretty much in the dude's corner, but Tanner gives us some pushback. I mean after the poor bastard was on the ground they were standing on his ankles and shit. If tanner would get the animal crackers out of his panties for two seconds he would probably be with us. You can watch the video and decide for yourselves.
check this shit out, after arguing about the Sterling Brown thing we talk about the cop who shot the damn groundhog and me and Tanner switch positions. This shit is so damn funny to me.
Our last titillating segment for this episode is about Virginian Nathan Larson, who is running for Congress as a libertarian and an open pedophile among a lot of other weird shit. He wants to legally define women as property and he's apparently a white supremacist.
Welp that's the show, if all goes as planned we should have Antony from the Scottish Liberty Podcast with us next episode. Y'all don't do nothing I wouldn't do, unless it's sending money to our Patreon. Later.

26. The British are Cumming - ABS042
http://www.ancapbarbershop.com... download (audio/mpeg, 26.05Mb)

This week we discuss the West Yorkshire police, and their threats to prosecute people who criticize them on the internet.
But first, we've lost a few Patrons since the last episode, and we want to say that while we're sorry to see you go, we appreciate everything you've done to help us out! And don't forget, if you'd like to help us keep the lights on, make sure to visit patreon.com/ancapbarbershop
Also Adam tones down his racism, homophobia, and transphobia a bit in this one. Did you notice he forgot to write Scott's intro again? I'm not going to say anything to him and see if he remembers.
Oh shit, Tanner makes his grand return on this one. He's done with school and will be back in the seat.
Scott has started dieting again, he's restricting... Hold on I think I'm going to start doing this from the first person. This shit's boring like this.
Alright Scott here, so I started a new fucking diet and it sucks my balls. I'm doing what Christian Bale did to get thin for the Machinist and it's making me angry cause I'm hungry. He only ate a can of tuna and an apple a day. It's like 180 calories with the hardware I'm using (Jazz apples and walmart brand 5 Oz tuna in water). Damn y'all. If you haven't seen the machinist you should, here's the trailer. Also, for anyone that's concerned about my health. I'm not going to get that skinny. At this point I've been doing it for three days and I'm ready to fucking quit, but we'll see. I am losing about 2 lbs a day. If you do want me to starve myself to death you can let me know by emailing me atfeedback@ancapbarbershop.com. Or pound your dicks off in the comments at facebook.com/ancapbarbershop
You want to know what I keep thinking about? What I'm going to eat when I break this diet... I'm thinking Popeye's cause I haven't had that shit in a long time and KFC and Church's can eat my ass.
Shouts out to Popeye's.
OK, sorry, I'll get to podcast shit, it's just being so hungry is really fucking distracting.
So I feel like this was a pretty goddamn good one. We changed the format (don't worry, just a bit), instead of doing two main segments on politics/philosophy we hit a bunch of brief bullet points about different stuff, then hit some libertarian shit. Plus we even did a book club segment this ep.
I might keep doing it this way because I think we've reading too much on the show and it's kind of boring. But like I said this one is really good, or at least it was a lot of fun for me to record. Let us know if you don't like it, or if you thought it was good. That shit helps out a lot.
So yeah, we talked about some dumb cops in Great Britain (I call it GB for short, you know what else GB stands for? Grizzly Balls. Think about it) who stole some kids weed and posted pictures of it on Facebook. These bitches ripped this dude off for like a gram, and then bragged about it. So naturally pretty much everyone  told them they were retarded and they got all butthurt and made a post letting people know they were monitoring the comments and would be prosecuting various commenters. Let them know what you think. It's the westyorkshire police page if you can find the post. Maybe they've deleted it by now I dunno. Anyway fuck the police, there's so much wrong with this... but it's kinda funny to watch them cry like the cucks they are. Ok sorry for the kink shaming. No one's on trial for wanting to watch someone fuck their wife. I really don't like cops though.
Here's the article:
I hope you bois and gurls enjoyed this one. Make sure to give us money and share our posts. PEACE!

27. John McAfee and Syria - ABS041
http://ancapbarbershop.com/41 download (audio/mpeg, 27.45Mb)

In this episode, we dissect the documentary "Gringo: The dangerous life of John McAfee" as well as the recent alleged chemical attack in Syria.
But first, Adam takes the helm and uses the intro of our beloved show as a platform for his bigotry, he claims to be openly
racist, gay and trans. Scott makes it very clear that Adam's opinions are his own and Adam is an un-ironic nazi.
So for reals, Adam and Scott had a libertarian trivia competition on a recent Patreon live stream, and the penalty to the loser was that they had to read a scripted intro, written by the winner, on the next episode. The competition ended in a tie, so Scott wrote and intro for Adamand Adam was supposed to write the outro for Scott to read, but Adam forgot... so Scott is off the
hook for now...
So after Adam and Scott discuss whether or not Scott is using the word "lent" correctly, and reading a few of the comments in the live stream chat, They start in on John McAfee documentary. They discuss the film and it's contents as well as read from a wired.co.uk article, linked below:
They continue on to discuss Syria, the chemical attack allegedly conducted by the Syrian government, and the U.S. retaliation.
Looking back it seems like everything has died down. At the very least we are fortunate that Russia did not choose to use military action against U.S. forces. We also read from the following article:
We would also recommend watching the following Tucker Carlson clip, in which he is one of the few journalists questioning the legitimacy of the attack, from Fox News nonetheless.
We hope you guys enjoy the episode and don't forget to check out our Patreon
Worms y'all!

28. Croey Stoey- The man, the legend - ABS040
http://www.ancapbarbershop.com... download (audio/mpeg, 17.25Mb)

In this episode, we bring you the Internet-famous shit poster, twitch streamer and graphic designer... Croey Stoey (AKA Corey).
No Adam or Dave this pod, but Corey is a better second mic anyways, so to hell with them. Corey and Scott hit a few news stories, as well as recount tales from their past including some 4-lokian anecdotes, Faggot Bruce and SickAnimation
If you've never listened to the rapper Faggot Bruce, here's an example of some of his lyrics:
"That's right Faggot bruce I be lovin' the butts. That's right win or lose you'll be lickin' my nuts. All night no words bitch shut the fuck up. Daylight, balls deep I'll be fillin' you up. Yeah! It's big Brucey from the blacktop, I used to love pussy, but now I'm into Bang-cock. I'm the angel of dick and you the sinner. Spread that ass, I'm gonna mash that dinner. Brucey boy back with a brand new fable, bout my life locked up and how I laid cable. I had tons of dudes that was my playthings, I used they buttholes as my pinky rings. My life done changed up in Pelican Bay, doin' a bit for some shit I done back in the day. Servin' 10-12, it was my third year in, sexuality changed I started loving the men. I know it sounds silly going from totin' mack titties to yankin nigga's willies but, shit be different in the pen, if you wanna blow loads you gotsta bone the men."
I'm sure you get the idea...
Corey and Scott discuss a court case involving a British grandfather masturbating in front of his podiatrist as well as a North Carolina woman who used the excuse that she was doling out bibles to babies when she was caught allegedly attempting to steal newborn children. The official Ancap Barber Shop stance is that people handing out bibles to babies, or at least babies they don't know, are creeps. And as far as the English gentleman goes, we say LET MY MAN OUT. Free John Homer Tee shirts?
We appreciate you going on this journey with us, and if you did not enjoy this one, no hard feelings. We'll be back to our normal format next episode.
Worms guys.

James Weeks (LNC Stripper), made a Facebook video discussing #bottomunity. The idea is the unification of the two bottom quadrants of the political compass, in juxtaposition to either quadrant unifying with their respective "counterpart". The boys discuss their opinions and weigh the pros and cons.
They then move on to discuss argumentation ethics, the rationalist justification of libertarian ethics that Hans Herman Hoppe derived from studying argumentation. The basic idea is that if you have chosen to argue with someone over a dispute instead of using force to settle the dispute, you are practicing a pursuit of peaceful ends to the argument. Hoppe makes it clear that you could at any point in the argument (or afterward) shift to using force instead of arguing peacefully, but you couldn't do so justifiably. You would be contradicting the precedent you had already set by arguing instead of taking what you want with violence.
We hope you enjoyed this episode and don't forget to subscribe to our YouTube channel and leave us a review and a 5-star rating on your podcatcher.

30. Venezuelan Crypto and Arming Teachers - ABS038
http://www.ancapbarbershop.com... download (audio/mpeg, 19.34Mb)

Venezuela has created its own state-sanctioned cryptocurrency by order of President Maduro, and some dipstick state-rep from Alabama says teachers shouldn't be armed because they're mostly women, and women aren't comfortable carrying guns. Get all the details on this episode of The Ancap Barber Shop!

Hey Folks, It's once again time for the Ancap Barber Shop. We've got some good stuff lined up in this episode, but first, we need to thank Croey Stoey for his pledge to donate $10 per podcast episode through Patreon! You may have noticed that In the podcast Scott says $5 per episode, but that's because he's an idiot. You can check out Croey's (Corey's) YouTube channel here
Speaking of Patreon, we are 41% of the way towards our goal of $100 per episode! On the historic day that we will inevitably hit that landmark, we will begin producing weekly episodes of the Ancap Barber Shop!
Scott tries his hand at joke writing, but hasn't figured out punch lines just yet. You can judge for yourselves...
The live stream chat was very lively this episode. We appreciate everyone that was able to participate and would encourage you to look out for the stream in the future! We typically record every other Monday ARRRRRROOOOUUUUNNNNNNDDDD 7pm CST, although we're not FULLY committed to a particular time.
No Dave and Tanner this episode. DEM BOYS ON THIN ICE.
Goddamn, Scott is still trying his jokes out...
So apparently Venezuela has created its own state-sanctioned "Crypto" currency by order of president Nicolas Maduro. CNN reports:
"Trump signed an executive order banning US citizens from buying Venezuela's newly created cryptocurrency, the petro, the world's first sovereign digital currency. Trump considers Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro a dictator. Venezuela is in the midst of an unprecedented economic and humanitarian crisis in Latin America. Maduro is seeking re-election in May.The measure comes after the Trump administration banned American investors from buying newly issued Venezuelan bonds from either the government or the state-run oil company, PDVSA. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin is also meeting Monday with Latin American leaders at the G20 meetings in Buenos Aires, where Venezuela will be a topic of discussion. Maduro drummed up the petro as a way for his administration to tap foreign investment amid the initial wave of US financial sanctions. The petro went on sale in private auctions in February."
In other news, some dipstick state-rep from Alabama says teachers shouldn't be armed because they're mostly women, and women aren't comfortable carrying guns. The "Original" Ancap Barber Boys take a few stabs at Harry Shiver (Metaphorically speaking of course) and dissect the situation. The AL.com
We're glad that you guys are still with us during our thirty-eighth episode, and we hope you had a good time listening. As always, WORMS!

31. Etowah County Corruption and Hillary's Troll Army - ABS037
http://ancapbarbershop.com/37 download (audio/mpeg, 140.21Mb)

Hey everybody! In this episode, we are LIVE for the first time from the new and improved Martin Shkreli Studios! We discuss the arrest of Matthew Qualls, which occurred on February 22nd, 4 days after publicly criticizing Etowah County Sheriff Todd Entrekin and Hillary Clinton supporters spamming pro Bernie Sanders facebook groups with child pornography.

No book club this fortnight, we will pick up at chapter three of Anatomy of the State next episode.
We decided to shout a couple of our listeners out this episode, beginning with Phil Surdam, a man who likes to blow glass and eat ass. Hell yeah Phil, we like that shit here. Also, Joe E was kind enough to give us some feedback, which we greatly appreciate. You go, Joe! Speaking of feedback, you can send yours to feedback@ancapbarbershop.com if you like! We would love to hear from you.
We proceed to read a few reviews that we may have missed here and there. You should leave us a review on your podcatcher, a 5-star rating wouldn't be too shabby either. If you have submitted a review and haven't heard it yet it's not my fault, somebody else fucked it up. Send us a message and we'll get it straightened out.
We discuss the arrest of Matthew Qualls, which occurred on February 22nd, 4 days after publicly criticizing Etowah County Sheriff Todd Entrekin. Qualls had done some lawn work for the asshole sheriff and was paid with checks indicating "Sheriff Todd Entrekin Food Provision Account" in the upper lefthand corner. There is a law in Alabama that can be interpreted to allow local sheriffs to personally pocket leftover funds that are allocated to feed prisoners. If this shit isn't fucked up enough, they are trying to charge him with trafficking based on the weight of the cannabis-infused butter he was apparently caught making, which lead to his arrest. The below quote from Phil Sims (deputy commander of the Etowah County drug enforcement unit) sums the situation up perfectly.
"Once that marijuana was mixed with the butter then the whole butter becomes marijuana, and that's what we weighed,"
Jesus Christ Phil get, your shit together. This is one of the most retarded things I've ever read. Matthew "Butter Alchemist" Qualls remains in a cage for the crime of cooking weed butter.
You can find a few good articles AL.com put out regarding the matter below:
We can't make this shit up folks. We're neither that smart or creative.
We hope you enjoyed this edition of the Ancap Barber Shop. Worms!

32. Nikolas Cruz and the Parkland Florida Shooting - ABS036
http://ancapbarbershop.com/36 download (audio/mpeg, 38.33Mb)

Hey guys, in this episode Scott breaks down the Parkland Florida shooting. At this point, I'm sure everyone knows that on February 14th, 2018, 19-year-old Nikolas Cruz shot and killed 17 people, mostly teenagers, at Marjory Stoneman High School. Scott offers his analysis by his lonesome due to the rest of the boys being stuck at work.
Don't forget to send your questions to feedback@ancapbarbershop.com for the February Live Stream which will be available to patrons at the Gentleman's cut level and up ($5 per podcast episode). You can find out more about our Patreon campaign at patreon.com/ancapbarbershop
Scott starts by recounting the events of the day as reported by CNN. You can read the article here
Every time there is a similar shooting people ask the same questions. "Why did this happen?" as well as "How can we prevent this from happening again?"

The naive answer to either question is "Because of guns." and "By banning or further regulating guns." respectively. One might wonder why our grandparents were presumably spared the rash of mass shootings we see today. They certainly had guns, including semi-automatic rifles, and they had far more lax firearms regulations. Is it because of psychotropic medication? Is it because of gun free zones? Is it because of an inherent tendency in our culture? Is it because the security measures we have in place are monopolized, or all of the above? To that end, why would we ever allow our children to be gathered together without some form of effective security? Why would we create laws prohibiting the protection of our children?
In this instance one thing is overwhelmingly clear, government has failed us and our loved ones at every level. From the FBI to the Sheriff's office, to the schools. They have failed us miserably, they, have the blood of children on their hands, and we are forced to pay their salaries and fund their pet projects at the threat of violence. Fuck them... Fuck them in the neck...
The remaining articles Scott references throughout this podcast can be found below:
Hopefully, there is some better news next time we are in the Ancap Barber Shop. Worms...

33. Privatized Police and the Second Women's March - ABS35
http://ancapbarbershop.com/35 download (audio/mpeg, 52.89Mb)

It's once again time for the Ancap Barber Shop! In the 35th episode, we are discussing the privatization of police and the second women's march.
But first, did you know that Pax Libertas has a new show? Check out the AnarchoChristian podcast at anarchochristian.com
The February live stream will be an AMA. Send your questions to scott@ancapbarbershop.com or post them in the FB group.
We start off by sampling some of Yak-Man Nick Hazleton's world-famous Yak Jerky he was kind enough to send us, it was really good! We then move on to our Ancap Barber book club segment, discussing chapter two of "Anatomy of the State" by Murray Rothbard, What the state is. We will next discuss chapter 3: How the state preserves itself. You can get the free PDF or audiobook at https://mises.org/library/anatomy-state
Adam recounts a moment early in his libertarian life where he and Scott had a discussion about areas of Mexico that were primarily controlled by mobs. Adam asks Scott if he thinks they need government to control their lives instead, to which Scott replies "They already have too many governments." Real fuckin deep Scott. Dave retorts with some concerns about our governmental situation likely being better than mob-run areas of Mexico, to which Scott begrudgingly concedes.
We continue on discussing the privatization of police. Scott reads an excerpt from "For A New Liberty: The Libertarian Manifesto" also by Murray Rothbard. If you haven't read it, we recommend it, and you can get the book for free here
Dave and Scott have an exchange about the economic principles of price gouging.
Scott also reads from "The Machinery of Freedom" by David Friedman. It's really good as well, and you can read it for free here.
By the way, have you checked our Patreon out yet? Go to patreon.com/ancapbarbershop to see all of our ancap goodness. Prior to recording this episode we recorded a patron exclusive episode of "The Ancap Barber Shop" for all levels of our patronage, as well as the inaugural episode of "A Little Off The Top", for our patrons at the gentleman's cut level and up. (That's $5 per podcast episode)
The Ancap Barber Boys wrap up this segment by discussing the Detroit Threat Management Center, which is a private police firm operating in Detroit that was created by Commander Dale Brown.
You can find their website at http://www.threatmanagementcenter.com/, as well as Commander Brown's appearance at https://tomwoods.com/ep-597-can-the-private-sector-protect-against-crime-this-case-study-will-blow-your-mind/.
Finally, the boys finish the show off with a segment from Dave about the second women's march, AKA the angry pussy march.
We hope you guys enjoyed this episode and we would love to hear from you at feedback@ancapbarbershop.com. Worms!

34. KFC and Self Driving Cars - ABS034
http://ancapbarbershop.com.34 download (audio/mpeg, 44.37Mb)

In this fortnight's episode we are discussing Kentucky Fried Chicken's venture into cryptocurrency as well as the philosophy behind self-driving cars, but first, Pax Libertas has added yet another riveting new show to its lineup, One Free Family - a new take on peaceful parenting, with Taylor and James Davis. You can hear the trailer at the beginning of this episode as well as find more information at onefreefamily.com. It's a podcast about peaceful parenting, and from what they've put out so far it's really good, and may eventually rival The Ancap Barber Shop for the title of the objectively best podcast on paxlibertas.com...
Okay, maybe after The Lava Flow... and Resist the Empire... and probably Essential Libertarianism...
Anyhow, we have yet ANOTHER supporter through Patreon. Brian McQuade has jumped in at the Gentleman's Cut level donating $5 per podcast episode!
Thank you, Brian!!!
You can listen to Brian and Rodger's podcast at resisttheempirepodcast.com (You should, we do.)
Patreon supporter and former guest Drake Lundstrom had some not so kind words for Dave and Tanner on our Facebook page
We once again briefly dissect our thoughts on standing vs kneeling during the pledge of allegiance, or the national anthem... What do they do at football games again? Either way, we want no part of it (at least not the more tenured contributors to The Ancap Barber Shop. Drake sent us this article for your review and reading pleasure.
We then move on to the first edition of our book club segment where we discuss the first chapter of Anatomy of the State by Murray Rothbard. Make sure and read the second chapter entitled "What the state is." before the next episode. You can find the free PDF or audiobook here
We discuss KFC's brief acceptance of Bitcoin in Canada, and the implications therein. As historical as this moment is, the best aspect of this story has to be the person who ran the FB promo for their "Bitcoin Bucket". Their comment was hilarious to people in the know about crypto trading. You can view the original post here,  as well as the Coindesk.com article Scott reads from here.
Finally, Adam spearheads one of our best philosophy segments yet. We discuss the pros and cons of using self-driving cars. There are some surprisingly thoughtful points he brings to the table, and the ethical dilemmas surrounding turning control of our transport over to machines, generate some really good conversation.
Alright, guys, we appreciate you listening, and please look out for the next edition of The Ancap Barber Shop. Worms!

35. Is Dash Digital Trash - ABSBonus3
http://ancapbarbershop.com/bon... download (audio/mpeg, 38.63Mb)

In this bonus episode Scott yaks with fellow ancap and crypto lover Jake Bryan.

Scott, having been a big bad podcaster for a little over a year now didn't think he needed to do a routine sound check

before recording this podcast, resulting in some electronic interference leaking into the final mix. The good folks at

PAX Libertas Productions would like to assure you that he is being dealt with accordingly...

At the end of the day we think that the information contained in this episode is worth a listen, and we we're able to fix it up a good bit, but you should do so at your own risk.

After praising Dash in episode 33 of the Ancap Barber Shop, some potential issues with the coin have been brought to our attention that are at the very least worth a mention. What's the final verdict on Dash? Let us know by sending us an email at feedback@ancapbarbershop.com

If you'd to talk to contact Jake, you can do so at jakebryan.me

Jake references a video regarding one of the people that were on the board that created Ripple (XRP).

The criticisms of Dash we referenced are presented below:

"(1) It was built on fraud; some guy named Evan cloned the Bitcoin code then premined it in his closet for two days while purposefully blocking other miners from submitting blocks. He claimed it was a mistake or a bug after he raked in a couple of million coins. When questioned, he mocks the investor asking the question and acts really weird never really explaining what happened; he implies that he deserved the premined coins because he put "his entire life in the computers in that closet" Video here: https://youtu.be/0EG2km7GAmM?t=2834

(2) He promised to give them back to the community and he never did; he lied. He now claims that by holding the coins, he is helping the community. Video here: https://youtu.be/0EG2km7GAmM?t=2834

(3) They lie in their marketing, claiming that it's a totally anonymous and private coin. This is an outright lie and it puts people on the black market in danger. A bunch of smart people from Princetown were able to achieve 100% success in tracing Dash wallets on the network. Dash is not anonymous or private and using it puts you in danger; Do not believe their marketing lies and never use Dash on the black market: https://arxiv.org/pdf/1709.02489.pdf

(4)They purposefully created master nodes to lock up a majority of coin supply and artificially increase price so that Evan can own a majority of them and continue to rake in fees from the dumbasses who use his network and making him even more rich by using his original pre-mined coins to extract even more funds from the network users. There are currently 4,766 master nodes on the network, putting 4,766,000 DASH out of circulation out of 7,774,607. Well over half of all DASH in existence is locked up creating artificial scarcity in order to inflate the price so Evan can profit even further.

(5) Evan has a master key that allows him to invalidate all transactions on the network for the previous 24 hours. More details here: https://www.reddit.com/…/just_a_reminder_that_dashs_strate…/

(6) Dash is openly being called a scam by some of the best and smartest people in the crypto world.

FluffyPony discussing Dash at length as a scam here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VrKU0Ymta-U

Charlie Lee: "Dash is trash."

Peter Todd: "Dash is snake oil."

Greg Maxwell: "Dash is not cryptographically secure at all."

Is that enough for you?

If you choose to participate in a coin built on fraud, that is your choice. Dash has made serious gains in price in the last year and if your goal is to turn profits, so be it. I personally cannot support this project for many reasons. Make your choices wisely."

We hope you enjoyed this episode, Worms!

36. Dash and Trump's Twitter part 2 - ABS033
http://ancapbarbershop.com/33 download (audio/mpeg, 37.02Mb)

Hey Guys! It's time for the Ancap Barber Shop yet again!
Co-host Adam is absent from this episode, so Scott, Dave, and Tanner take it away. They've moved back to Scott's house due to the harsh Alabama cold driving them out of Adam's loft. For the first climate-controlled episode in quite a while the ancap barber boys will be discussing Dash and Trump's twitter (yet again).
The Ancap Barber Shop is starting a book club! We'll begin with "Anatomy of the State" by Murray Rothbard. If you've never read it, it's one of the most widely distributed essays ever penned, or more likely typed, by the enemy of the state. It comes highly recommended and we hope that you will follow along with us by reading the first chapter prior to the release of the next episode, in which we will discuss chapter 1, "What the state is not." You can find a link to the free PDF or audiobook here. Additionally, if you would like to order a paper copy they are very reasonably priced, and you can find them here.
In our first segment, we are discussing Dash. We've included a few links below, including the Wikipedia page, the coinmarketcap profile and a lecture on Dash by Juan Galt at Anarchapulco 2016.
In our second segment, we discuss some of the Twitter beef between the alleged president of the allegedly united states and Kim Jong Un, the supreme leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (the northern one, not the more capitalist South Korea). We're wary to even include the links to the articles we read from, due to how "low energy" they are, sad...
Yet here they are, of course:
We hope you enjoy this episode, and please do remember to read the first chapter of "Anatomy of the State".
lastly, a big THANK YOU!!! to our patrons.

After a somewhat lengthy introduction segment, Scott, Adam, Dave and Tanner (The Barber Shop Boys) play a game where Adam says the name of the a pop culture icon that passed away in 2017, and the rest of the gang compete to see who can first, successfully demonstrate that they know who the icon is. Nobody performs well, but Scott technically has the most points, making him the winner. We continue on, discussing the #metoo moment and talking about several of the people being accused of alleged sexual misconduct. We additionally talk about Trump's presidency, and "political larping".
Tanner takes us through some notable moments  in the realm of science... namely Space X, privatized space travel, the first object to come through our solar system being identifiable as originating from outside of our solar system, the Cassini space probe, and the discovery of a large chamber in one of the Egyptian pyramids.
Finally,  we finish up discussing NFL protests in one of our most confrontational, yet confusing segments yet. We really hope you enjoyed reflecting on 2017 with us, and we look forward to many more years providing content to our listeners and supporters. Murray Christmas, and a Hoppe new year from the contributors of the Ancap Barber Shop and Pax Libertas Productions!

38. Free Speech and Alabama Voting - ABS031
http://ancapbarber.libsyn.com/... download (audio/mpeg, 41.60Mb)

We've got a banger of an episode for you tonight, or today or whatever! We start off thanking our new patrons as well as congratulating Scott for his first year off booze down the tube! Don't forget to check out our Patreon and considering donating. We recorded a Patreon episode just prior to recording this one. Panelist Dave Hester's daughter scratched her cornea (shudder) and he and Scott recount a story from the early days of their friendship. We bring up the Alabama band "Pine Hill Haints", Which you can check out here. We start right in on free speech, trying to distinguish the line between "mean words" and threats of violence that may legitimately justify violence. At what point is it morally OK to hit someone over words? What if they use a racial slur? What if someone tells you they are going to get their gun and shoot you? What do you guys think? We'd love to hear your opinion, so send it feedback@ancapbarbershop.com. Tanner brings up fallibilism, (He's too smart for this show).
We recorded this during the Alabama senate election between kid-friendly conservative Roy Moore and Democrat Doug Jones. What was the result? Does anybody really fucking care? In the words of the great Rodger Paxton, regarding voting "My time would be better spent washing my fucking hair!" Have you ever seen what he looks like?Hint hint, he's bald.
There were a few shows that got brought up in this episode that are more than worth checking out:
Actual Anarchy  They review and discuss movies from a Rothbardian, libertarian perspective.
Read Rothbard They, well they read Rothbard, and discuss things and what not.
Uncivil Liberty These are some more libertarians from Alabama who have been having all kinds of fun discussing politics and prodding the LPA.
For those of you that are listening, we love and appreciate you! ESPECIALLY our patrons. If you are unable or unwilling to donate via Patreon, please consider sharing our content or leaving us a review and 5 star rating on your podcatcher. Worms!
Oh yeah,  we briefly discussed some dumb politics article from AL.commie about destroying voting records. You can check it out here.

39. PC Culture in Comedy - ABS030
http://ancapbarbershop.com/30 download (audio/mpeg, 38.35Mb)

Hey Guys! In this episode, we discuss PC culture in comedy. But first, make sure to check out our Facebook page which just received it's 500th like! Our Patreon campaign is in full swing, featuring Super duper secret patron only episodes, live streams, the credit of "Executive Producer of The Ancap Barber Shop" and much, much more... You can find our Patreon at patreon.com/ancapbarbershop. Also a huge thank you to Drake Lundstrom for being our very first patron! Don't forget we love to hear from you guys so send us an email at feedback@ancapbarbershop.com. Tell us if there are any Patreon perks you'd like us to incorporate, send us an anonymous love letter or give us hell for something we fucked up!
In the news segment of this episode, Scott talks about his diet for the first time in a while (he's been actively getting fat for a few months). He's put on about 20 pounds since his initial weight loss of approximately 50 pounds. Below is what he is currently doing:
"-Daily while fasting:
Water, black coffee, unsweet tea
-Daily while eating:
Chicken, broccoli, veggies, eggs, cheese
Whey protein, almond milk, nuts (Lazy keto)
diet soda in moderation (fuck the haters)
Sugar, grains, fruits, breads, processed foods, Excess fatty foods, excess carbs
Meal at a sit down restaurant
(No fast food or grubsouth)
N/A beer limit six
Try to get 2 strenuous bike rides in every week
While riding hard some fruit/granola is ok"
Tanner has the opposite problem, he has to monitor what he eats or we will get underweight, lucky POS!
During the main segment, we discuss the validity of PC culture in comedy. Mel Brooks has this to say:
"I personally would never touch gas chambers or the death of children or Jews at the hands of the Nazis,"
"Everything else is ok."
What do you think? Is there a line that comedians and filmmakers should not cross for a chuckle?
Feel free to check out the article from tonight's episode here. Worms Y'all!

40. Net Neutrality part 2 with Drake Lundstrom - ABS029
http://ancapbarber.libsyn.com/... download (audio/mpeg, 34.24Mb)

In this episode, we once again discuss net neutrality... this time joined by Drake Lundstrom. We are also joined by Dave and Tanner, and as usual Scott and Adam. Let us know what you thought about the episode by sending us an email at feedback@ancapbarbershop.com. don't forget to like out Facebook page and leave us a review and 5 star rating on your podcatcher. Oh, and check out our Patreon while you're at it!

41. Vonu with Shane Radliff - ABS028
http://ancapbarbershop.com/28 download (audio/mpeg, 46.38Mb)

In this episode, we are discussing the freedom action strategy "Vonu" with Shane Radliff of the Vonu Podcast. Vonu is the condition or quality of, as well as the action of achieving, an invulnerability to coercion. Etymologically, it is an awkward contraction of the phrase, VOluntary Not vUlnerable (hence, “vonu”). The idea is to become as invulnerable to coercion as HUMANELY possible, from both public coercers (the State) and private coercers (ACTUAL criminals). If you would like to hear more about Vonu you can go to http://vonupodcast.com/start-here/. Please don't forget to go and like the Ancap Barber Shop Facebook page!

42. Automate Congress with Donnie Gebert - ABS027
http://ancapbarber.libsyn.com/... download (audio/mpeg, 47.21Mb)

In this episode, we discuss automating congress with special guest Donnie Gebert, but before that, we introduce our new panelists! That's right, after lengthy consideration we are bringing two of our close libertarian friends, Dave Hester and Tanner Cypret into the fold! You may remember Dave from the tenth episode: Rothbard's Natural rights and Euthanasia. You may also remember Tanner from our nineteenth episode: Net Neutrality and artificial intelligence and our twenty-first episode: Seasteading, Determinism and Cocaine.

Donnie has a plan to automate congress, resulting in what he calls a direct republic. His plan involves all "government" programs being funded voluntarily by making everyone their own representative, as well as recording the transactions on the blockchain. They would be able to decide which programs receive funding (if any at all) as well as how much.

He claims that this could be a transitional method of getting away from democracy and that it is minarchistic, because everyone would have to sign a contract. We question this aspect but approve the general concept as a means to abolish taxation and government coercion.

We hope you enjoy this episode and would love to know what you think about it. Send us an email at feedback@ancapbarbershop.com!

43. Brando the Other Ancap Barber - ABS026
http://ancapbarbershop.com/26 download (audio/mpeg, 46.01Mb)

In this episode, we are joined by fellow "ancap barber" Brandon Griffith. That's right folks, we actually have a barber on the show and we actually talk about cutting hair (and he's actually an anarcho-capitalist). Don't fear if barbering isn't your thing, We go through Brandon's barber journey as well as his struggles with drug addiction. Brandon has recently implemented ibogaine treatment to combat his addiction and the results are tremendous (he stopped using drugs). Listen to hear the full story!

44. NFL and PCP - ABS025
http://ancapbarber.libsyn.com/... download (audio/mpeg, 46.70Mb)

We discuss the recent controversy surrounding the NFL protests. We recorded a Patreon episode as well, It isn't posted yet but we promise to get it out soon. Scott recently celebrated his 28th birthday. Adam and Scott share a moment of silence for the sake of intentionally bad podcasting. Also discussed in this episode:
The new "IT" movie.
Recap about Colin Kaepernick.
Donald Trump's recent attendance of a Luther Strange rally in Downtown Huntsville.
In our "How to do drugs with Scott and Adam" segment, we discuss PCP. SPOILER ALERT, we don't recommend it, we do however have a cool story about it involving cops and poop (and sausage). There's a new podcast in town, Pax Libertas welcomes "Essential Libertarianism, selected readings from voluntaryist.com."
Don't forget to check us out on social media, and send money to our Patreon. WORMS ya'll!

45. ABS vs. LOLberts - ABS024

Hey everyone! In this episode we are joined by Jim Jesus of the Lolberts! We discuss the origins of the group's name, as well as the correct pronunciation of "General Tso's chicken". We move on to Jim's sophisticated taste in beer as well as his parking lot masturbatory practices. Jim does not waste an opportunity to compare the Ancap Barber Shop to Christopher Cantwell's "Radical Agenda".
The episode organically turns into a competition that nobody officially won. Who do you think is the best?
What the fuck is post-modernism? (Scott still doesn't know)
What is egoism and who is Max Stirner?
Is the Emoji movie the film adaptation of "the Unique and it's Property"?
Have you ever battered and deep-fried White Castle? Jim Jesus has.
What's it like to hang out in a legal brothel?
Which incarnation of "The Tick" do you like best?
We tackle these questions and more in tonight's podcast. You can find out more about Jim at thelolberts.com

46. Foundations of Libertarianism - ABS023
http://ancapbarbershop.com/23 download (audio/mpeg, 56.72Mb)

What are the foundations of libertarianism? We explore that topic this week. Join us!

We start off with a discussion about what happened in Charlottesville, Virginia. Scott's baseline position is, "Let's talk thing out and not resort to violence."

Is it appropriate to punch a Nazi in the face for spouting bad ideas?

Christopher Cantwell, the racist from the Vice documentary, is a class A piece of shit nationalist.

Is there a peaceful way to deal with racists? Yep, and folks in Germany have proven it.

We also talk about the situation with national Libertarian Party chairman, Nick Sarwark, attacking Tom Woods out of the blue in a bout of virtue signaling. We think this was a bad move by Sarwark and he should not be alienating libertarian minded individuals.

We now get into the foundations of libertarianism.

What is the non-aggression principle

Libertarians are not pacifists, but we do not believe in initation of agression. We will defend ourselves.

Libertarianism put simply is "don't hurt people and don't take their stuff."

47. Moral Foundations with Alan Barksdale
http://ancapbarber.libsyn.com/... download (audio/mpeg, 56.10Mb)

We talk about moral foundations and useful diversions with Alan Barksdale.

We start off talking about Coinbase reversing their first memo about not supporting Bitcoin Cash at first. Now, they will be supporting Bitcoin Cash by the end of the year. They likely did this due to all of their pissed off customers and the big hit they would have taken for their initial stance on this issue.

Alan Barksdale is the secretary of the Masidon County Libertarian Party.

Moral foundations theory is a social psychological theory intended to explain the origins of and variation in human moral reasoning on the basis of innate, modular foundations. The original theory proposed five such foundations: Care/Harm, Fairness/Cheating, Loyalty/Betrayal, Authority/Subversion, and Sanctity/Degradation; however, its authors envisioned the possibility of including additional foundations.

48. Seth Green (Greener Pastures) Interview - Bonus 2
http://ancapbarbershop.com/bon... download (audio/mpeg, 21.26Mb)

Scott interviews medicinal cannabis advocate Seth Green of Greener Pastures Tennessee in this bonus episode.

Seth was born with Cerebral Palsy and started having seizures at age 13. He now has multiple illnesses because of this condition. He wants to give people information on alternative medicine that is out there for people like him.

Cannabis has helped him to get off of over 20 types of medications that were giving him even more seizures and mood swings.

Did John the Baptist use cannabis in the Bible?

Without cannabis, Seth suffers terribly and will have seizures. He typically uses cannabis by ingesting edibles and oil because it works better for his body. He generally stucks to indica strains after a lot of trial and error.

Seth is hoping that the Libertarian Party and new politicians can help Tennessee become a medical cannabis state soon. His goal is to create a grow site or to own a medical cannabis facility.

Find Seth Green on YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter for more information. Or, you can go to his website.

49. Seasteading, Determinism, and Cocaine - ABS021
http://ancapbarbershop.com/21 download (audio/mpeg, 52.21Mb)

We discuss seasteading and determinism this week. And, how to do drugs with Scott and Adam starting with cocaine.

Adam is having car trouble and Scott and his daughter have been sick. What a week!

John McAfee said that if Bitcoin doesn't hit $300,000 in the next three years that he'll eat his dick on live television. We'd love to see that.

Your new favorite Ancap Barber Shop segment, How to Do Drugs With Scott and Adam!

We start with cocaine this week.

Cocaine is bad for your heart and can cause strokes. It is also very addictive as well. Please use cocaine responsibly if you're going to use it.

Make sure to check out the Harm Reduction Coalition for more information.

What is seasteading and why is it important? "Seasteading is the concept of creating permanent dwellings at sea, called seasteads, outside the territory claimed by any government."

We talk about a couple of articles from Steemit. The first is "The value of creating micro-nations on the oceans - a simple case for Seasteading."

The other article from Steemit is "Why All Seasteads will be Anarcho-Capitalist."

Will all seasteads be anarcho-capitalist?

We also talk about the Marinea Project. They have a podcast out talking about the project.

Make sure to check out The LAVA Flow!

Tanner from episode 19, Net Neutrality and AI, joins us to talk about determinism. Determinism is the belief that all events that happen, either in our brain or they happen to us, are caused by past events so that nothing other than what occurred could have occurred. Using this argument this means we have no control or free will.

What is the difference between determinism and fatalism? How do you view evil people if everything they do is pre-determined?

50. Free Ross - ABS020
http://ancapbarber.libsyn.com/... download (audio/mpeg, 40.15Mb)

We discuss Ross Ubricht and the Silk Road.

The Ancap Barber Shop Facebook page broke 300 likes this week. Make sure to like it yourself!

Oregon is poised to decriminalize meth, cocaine, and heroin.

Chelsea Manning is apparently pro-taxes. Stockholm Syndrome? The anarchist Twitter stream was having none of it!

Scott and Adam met Lyn Ulbricht, mother of Ross Ulbricht, and his sister at PorcFest this year. Help them out at the Free Ross website.

Ross's three life sentences appeal was denied by a federal appeals court back in May.

We talk about this whole case along with some interesting information. Were there crooked agents involved with this? Who accessed the Dred Pirate Roberts account after Ross was in jail? Who stole Bitcoin from the Silk Road?

Check out Yakkin’ with Nick!

The last legal avenue will be to pursue an appeal to the US Supreme Court, which is a one-in-a-million shot.

And, finally, Scott does take Rodger's side on the Net Neutrality debate, and Adam is fired from the Pax Libertas Productions network (not really) because he's no longer a libertarian (not really) because he supports net neutrality!

Make sure to check out the Ancap Barber Shop Facebook page to see the daily meme's we're posting.

51. Net Neutrality and Artifical Intelligence - ABS019
http://ancapbarber.libsyn.com/... download (audio/mpeg, 30.21Mb)

We have a special guest panelist Tanner and we are discussing net neutrality and artificial intelligence.

We are going to talk computer shit, so we have to have Tanner on, period.

We just got back from PorcFest and had a blast. Make sure to check out our PorcFest bonus episode. We had the opportunity to meet Lyn Ulbricht, mother of the alleged Dread Pirate Roberts from the Sil Road, Ross Ulbricht, who is serving a life sentence for running a website.

We are considering adding recurring segments to our show, such as one on drugs and one on philosophy. Let us know your thoughts on this!

Scott created a new Facebook group for libertarians in Huntsville, AL. If you're a libertarian in Huntsville, make sure to check it out.

Net neutrality is creating equal access for all websites on the internet. Adam thinks Rodger Paxton of The LAVA Flow podcast is wrong in his episode on net neutrality

Tanner also throws in his comments, and he agrees with Adam that net neutrality is needed. Scott is still unsure because he's just a fucking Rodger Paxton fanboy.

We find out that Adam is actually on a janky-ass Windows phone, so he loses all credibility in talking about anything about the internet.

Check out Yakkin’ with Nick!

Is artificial intelligence a threat to humanity? Tanner explains what artificial intelligence is and why it matters. We get into the details of why this is a big deal.

There are two possibilities. AI could be the best thing to ever happen to humanity, or it could destroy all of humanity.

52. PorcFest XIV Bonus Episode
http://ancapbarber.libsyn.com/... download (audio/mpeg, 50.91Mb)

This is a bonus episode from PorcFest where Scott and Adam spent a week hanging out with tons of libertarians for a week. Scott and Adam did interviews with Darryl W. Perry, Britton, Rodger Paxton, and Brian McQuade.

Darryl W. Perry, former Libertarian Party presidential candidate from FPP Radio and Chairman of Libertarian Party of New Hampshire talks about cryptocurrency and Bitcoin Pizza Day! We discuss what all we have purchased with crypto-currency as well. Darryl has both sold and bought vehicles using Bitcoin. Darryl has also purchased airfare and campaign swag using crypto as well, in direct violation of federal campaign finance laws.

We talk about Darryl's race for the Libertarian Party nomination for president. He talks about his debates and his campaign.

Scott and Adam talk about their first 30 minutes at PorcFest. They immediately ran into Ian Freeman and talked to him. They allegedly smoked some cannabis together and they went to the cabin of Rodger Paxton of The LAVA Flow to record a couple of segments of Free Talk Live with Ian.

Scott and Adam then talk to Britton, the newest mover to New Hampshire as part of the Free State Project. He moved from Louisiana and was in the Marine Corps.

A couple of kids stop by selling popcorn and buttons in the middle of the show, so Scott buys a button from them. Young entrepreneurs rock!

Britton became a libertarian from the left because of the World's Smallest Political Quiz from The Advocates for Self-Government. He views the non-aggression principle as a first principle. We get into the weeds on this principle with him.

Rodger Paxton from Pax Libertas Productions and the Vice-Chair of the Libertarian Party of New Hampshire joins us on the show. He talks about what is going on the back side of PorcFest since he is volunteering to help make it all happen this year. He also talks about joining his "intentional family" in New Hampshire as part of the Free State Project.

Scott asks Rodger about Objectivism and how it fits with anarchism. He also talks a bit about what is coming up for Pax Libertas Productions and their current shows. We also talk some Star Wars stuff since Rodger also co-hosts on Resist the Empire: a libertarian look at the Star Wars universe.

We then have Brian McQuade, the other co-host for Resist the Empire, to talk more Star Wars goodness. He is also the Chair of the Libertarian Party of the Seacoast and the Membership Director for the Libertarian Party of New Hampshire. We talk some New Hampshire politics and yellow jackets (winged assholes) with him.

It was an amazing time at PorcFest this year. You don't want to miss it next year!

53. The Ethics of Voting - ABS018
http://ancapbarber.libsyn.com/... download (audio/mpeg, 32.83Mb)

We are talking about the ethics of voting on episode eighteen of the Ancap Barber Shop!

Scott and Adam are going to PorcFest this year to hang out with Rodger Paxton from The LAVA Flow podcast and Resist the Empire podcast and more of the Pax Libertas Productions team. Expect some podcast fuckery to come out of that, for sure. It's going to be a 20-hour drive to get there.

Fuck you, I'm Millwall!

"A football fan reportedly yelled “F**k you, I’m Millwall” as he single-handedly took on the three knife-wielding London terror attackers armed with nothing more than his fists.

Roy Larner has already been hailed a hero, with a petition launched for him to be awarded the George Cross medal for his actions in the Black and Blue Steakhouse on Saturday night.

In fighting back, the 47-year-old Millwall fan gave dozens of others who were in the Borough Market restaurant the chance to escape."

The Ethics of Voting

George H. Smith wrote a critical three-part article on "The Ethics of Voting" that is a must-read.

"Libertarians generally agree that the driver of a getaway car is liable for a bank robbery, even if he did not personally wield a gun or threaten force. Similarly, we hold legislators accountable for their unjust laws, political executives accountable for their unjust directives, and judges accountable for their unjust decisions. We do not exonerate these individuals just because they legitimize their actions under the "mask of law." Yet political and bureaucratic personnel rarely participate in law enforcement; they do not strap on guns and apprehend violators. This is left to the police.

Clearly, therefore, the libertarian (anarchist) condemnation of the State as a criminal gang rests on the view that criminal liability can extend beyond the person who uses, or threatens to use, invasive force. Most of the individuals in government, though not directly involved in aggression, nevertheless "aid and abet" this process. Libertarian theory would be irreparably crippled without this presumption. If criminal accountability is restricted only to direct aggressors, then the vast majority of individuals in the State apparatus, including those at the highest levels of decision-making, must be considered nonaggressors by libertarian standards and hence totally innocent. We could not even regard Hitler or Stalin as aggressors, so long as they did not personally enforce their monstrous orders. The only condemnable persons would be in the police, military, and in other groups assigned to the enforcement of state decrees. All others would be legally innocent (though we might regard them as morally culpable)."

Are we culpable for what happens from the government if we vote? Do we want to use direct action or political crusading to affect change or both? Which is more effective?

Is there a moral obligation to vote? Do you have a moral obligation to give charity to starving people?

We also talk about seasteading as a possible option. What other options are there for action? We do podcasting.

We also talk about ranked choice voting as an option.

54. War on Drugs and Ethics of Shrubbery - ABS017
http://ancapbarber.libsyn.com/... download (audio/mpeg, 39.72Mb)

We discuss the war on drugs and the ethics of shrubbery. What happened in Portugal when it decriminalized all drugs, from weed to heroin?

Scott bought a new laptop computer thanks to the appreciation of Bitcoin. He's going to use this for a mobile recording station, and planning to record a show at PorcFest! We are looking to do a Pax Libertas Productions super-podcast. Scott and Adam will both be at PorcFest, along with Rodger from The LAVA Flow and Brian and Rodger from Resist the Empire.

Scott was also on the radio again filling in for his friend. He interviewed Larry Sharpe, a former Vice-Presidential candidate in 2016 for the Libertarian Party.

Jeff Sessions, the US Attorney General, is talking about reinstating mandatory minimums for drug offenses. A lot of court sentences depends on if the judge has had lunch or not, according to studies. Apparently, judges who skipped lunch tended to give harsher sentences.

What happened in Portugal when it decriminalized all drugs, from weed to heroin?

"Today, Portuguese authorities don't arrest anyone found holding what's considered less than a 10-day supply of an illicit drug — a gram of heroin, ecstasy, or amphetamine, two grams of cocaine, or 25 grams of cannabis. Instead, drug offenders receive a citation and are ordered to appear before so- called "dissuasion panels" made up of legal, social, and psychological experts. Most cases are simply suspended. Individuals who repeatedly come before the panels may be prescribed treatment, ranging from motivational counseling to opiate substitution therapy."

"When Portugal decided to decriminalize in 2000, many skeptics assumed that the number of users would skyrocket. That did not happen. With some exceptions, including a marginal increase among adolescents, drug use has fallen over the past 15 years and now ebbs and flows within overall trends in Europe."

"The rate of new HIV infections in Portugal has fallen precipitously since 2001, the year its law took effect, declining from 1,016 cases to only 56 in 2012. Overdose deaths decreased from 80 the year that decriminalization was enacted to only 16 in 2012. In the US, by comparison, more than 14,000 people died in 2014 from prescription opioid overdoses alone. Portugal's current drug-induced death rate, three per million residents, is more than five times lower than the European Union's average of 17.3, according to EU figures."

Adam goes into the history of cannabis becoming a prohibited substance.

Check out Yakkin’ with Nick

Adam received a warning from the city a few years ago because he didn't mow his yard, and his landlord cut down his poisonous pokeweed. The landlord did this because it was supposedly harming the property value of his neighbors. Is this a valid argument? We talk about the implications.

55. Epistemic Responsibility with Jeremy Henggeler - ABS016
http://ancapbarber.libsyn.com/... download (audio/mpeg, 60.71Mb)

Epistemic Responsibility with Jeremy Henggeler - ABS016

We have a special guest, Murder Dog, AKA, Jeremy Henggeler from Seeds of Liberty, and we'll talk epistemic responsibility, AKA, intellectual responsibility.

Jeremy Henggeler tells us how to pronounce his last name first of all. He also tells us how he got started with the Seeds of Liberty podcast, and how it led to him being on Freedom Feens.

Who is Max Stirner and what is his egoist philosophy? Is it nothing more than selfishnesses? Jeremy started off as an objectivist but is leaning towards egoism lately.

Seeds of Liberty is Jeremy's podcast and we love it because he gets really good guests. Lately, he's had Ben Stone on to talk about Room4Freedom, a more private competitor to AirBNB that allows for payments that are not just fiat currency based. You can also use it to rent out pieces of your property for someone to put an RV on, or even to use as a farm.

The tireless minority is a concept of a small minority of people, less than 10%, who are responsible for the majority of the changes in culture with tireless, almost religious, activism and education. This has been proven out by history as well. The squeaky wheel gets the grease. This plays into the vast majority of people in the world being followers, not leaders.

Make sure to check out the Vonu Podcast. Vonu is the condition or quality of, as well as the action of achieving, an invulnerability to coercion. Etymologically, it is an awkward contraction of the phrase, VOluntary Not vUlnerable (hence, “vonu”).

Is it possible to talk to statists and change their minds without being a jerk? Jeremy seems to think so, except for the ones who are truly sociopathic and dogmatic. But, most people on the other side are followers and we need to try to connect with them. Talk to anyone who is willing to talk to you. Jeremy had a lot of success talking to disenfranchised Bernie Sanders leftists who were open and willing to hear new ideas.

Make sure to listen to The LAVA Flow Podcast and Pax Libertas Productions!

Epistemic responsibility is the idea that intellectuals should make themselves responsible for the truth and the exposing of lies and that you should without belief in something until there is sufficient evidence to believe it. W.K. Clifford was a mid-1800's mathematician who was a leading proponent of this idea.

The topic of anti-vaxxers comes up and Jeremy tells his opinion on the vaccine debate.

Is it immoral to believe in god since there is not sufficient evidence for the existence of god?

56. Battle of Berkeley and Stoicism with Nick Hazelton - ABS015
http://ancapbarber.libsyn.com/... download (audio/mpeg, 53.89Mb)

We are talking with Nick Hazelton about the Battle of Berkeley and Stoicism.

The Battle of Berkley was a free speech rally that had Trump supporters and Antifa in attendance. It was a wave of red hats and black bandanas.

We give you all the news on Moldylocks and her nude shots and porn.

Antifa threw some smoke bombs and the wind blew the smoke right back on them.

Does Antifa break shit and block roads only to gain attention? Could it be considered terrorism? Some people seem tothink so.

Make sure to listen to The LAVA Flow Podcast and Pax Libertas Productions!

We have Nick Hazelton on this episode. The last time we talked to him was back on episode 5 of this show, Anarcho-Yakitalism, and Philosophy.

What is Stoicism? Nick says it is the philosophy dedicated to living in accordance with reality, not trying to fight what's going to happen. Some people say it focuses on your spirit of control.

What is the difference between Stoicism and Cynicism?

As Nick says, "Just let it go and be happy, man!"

Will cold showers help you cool and if you're depressed? Some studies apparently say so.

Nick talks about his history with depression and how stoicism helped him through those times. It helped him to focus on what he could control and help his life get better. He talks about this more in episode 57 of Anarcho-Yakitalism.

Is PorcFest too statist for Nick? Scott and Adam will be going to PorcFest for the first time this year, and will finally get to meet Rodger Paxton!

Check out Yakkin’ with Nick!

Nick has pod-faded his older show, Anarcho-Yakitalism, so we talk to him about his new show, Yakkin' with Nick.

Scott, Adam, and Nick talk about all of their podcasting journeys and how they got so rich and famous through podcasting.

Jeff Berwick the vegan anarchist called Nick a statist for eating meat. I wonder how Jeff feels about a 22 round being used to slaughter Nick's yaks?

57. Easter Facebook Killer - ABS014
http://ancapbarber.libsyn.com/... download (audio/mpeg, 34.30Mb)

We discuss Alabama church police and the Easter Facebook killer.

There's a church in Birmingham trying to get legislation passed that would allow them to form its own police force. This is apparently in response to the Sandy Hook killings.

"After the shooting at Sandy Hook and in the wake of similar assaults at churches and schools, Briarwood recognized the need to provide qualified first responders to coordinate with local law enforcement," Briarwood administrator Matt Moore said in a statement.

"It's our view this would plainly be unconstitutional," the acting executive director of the ACLU, Randall Marshall, told NBC News. "These bills unnecessarily carve out special programs for religious organizations and inextricably intertwine state authority and power with church operations," he later said in a memo.

Another church protection bill, the Alabama Church Protection Act, is scheduled to be debated in the state legislature next Tuesday and is in some ways even more controversial than the one passed Tuesday. That bill would allow churches to have armed security guards, and moreover, give those guards legal immunity if they were to shoot anyone, so there's that.

Cell411 is a program that can be used to seek help from friends and neighbors when you're in trouble.

Alabama has a new Governor, Robert Bentley, and he's been accused of using government resources and personnel to try and punish people he dislikes.

Collier, who has alleged Bentley had an affair with Mason, said in the amended complaint filed today that Bentley continues to use ALEA (Alabama Law Enforcement Agency) resources and personnel to “try to dig up dirt on people that Bentley disliked or became upset with.”

Check out Yakkin’ with Nick!

Steve Stephens, the Easter Facebook Killer, killed a 74-year-old man on video that he posted to Facebook to get back at his girlfriend and that he lost all of his money gambling.

Should someone like this face capital punishment?

What's better, open carry or concealed carry?

Richard Spencer is in the barber chair today. We also talk about hate speech.

We have Ancap Barber Shop t-shirts available now! The front has our awesome logo and the back has one of two different sayings on it. Make sure to get your "Bad Haircuts are Literally Rape" shirt right away! Or, go for "Cutting Hair and Opening Eyes." Either way, don't miss out.

We're also looking for sponsors for the show. Check it out at paxlibertas.com/advertise.

Richard Spencer is the guy who got punched in the face for being a Nazi, which has become his claim to fame. We discuss a Vox article on the incident.

What's the deal with Spencer, and more importantly, how is his haircut?

Richard Spencer was kicked out of International Students for Liberty Conference 2017 conference after a confrontation with Jeffrey Tucker and his bow-tie.

Did Jeffrey make a mistake by confronting Spencer and not debating him?

Ancaps are anarchists in suits. They should not be wearing masks or bandanas over their faces.

Make sure to listen to The LAVA Flow Podcast!

Charles R. Lawrence III is a professor of law at the University of Hawaii. He thinks hate speech should be illegal and not Constitutionally protected.

59. Trump So Far and Personal Identity - ABS012
http://ancapbarber.libsyn.com/... download (audio/mpeg, 49.34Mb)

The episode we have a guest panelist, Paul Johnson, and we're talking Trump so far and personal identity.

We start off by talking about everyone's feelings on being recorded in public since Scott did some live-steaming on vacation.

We then break down the Trump administration so far, starting with the travel ban for people from 7 countries and going through many of the other policies that he has put in place over the last couple months. We rate him on his performance up to this point.

Is Donald Trump just yet another war president? Of course, he is! He is continuing the policies of Obama who continued the policies of Bush who continued the policies of Clinton who continued the policies of Bush who continued the policies of Reagan...

60. DonorSee - ABS11
http://ancapbarber.libsyn.com/... download (audio/mpeg, 42.96Mb)

We are talking libertarian charity part 3 with Gret Glyer of DonorSee!

Scott is on staycation this week and got his ass kicked by Adam at some disc golf.

We talk to our very special guest, Gret Glyer, of DonorSee.

Gret Glyer has a business degree from a school in Pennsylvania in 2012 and started working at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as his first job. He had the opportunity to go to Africa to teach math to kids so he took it. While there he crowdfunded a $100,000 school for girls. This is where his desire to start DonorSee came from.

The cool thing about DonorSee is that you get to see where your money is going. Scott donated to a lady needing a wheelchair and received a video of her being placed in that wheelchair for the first time after it was purchased. That is powerful.

DonorSee can be found at donorsee.com or by downloading their phone app called DonorSee.

Aid workers from Peace Corps have been banned from using DonorSee completely and won't return Gret's email, regardless of how effective DonorSee has been.

DonorSee was the very first organization on the ground in Haiti after the hurricane. They beat USAID and Red Cross because of their lightweight, efficient, and technological model.

You really have to check this charity out. We would consider it a personal favor if you began donating to the things this organization does.

61. Rothbard's Natural Rights and Euthanasia - ABS10
http://ancapbarber.libsyn.com/... download (audio/mpeg, 59.40Mb)

Tonight we have guest panelist Dave Hester and we are talking about Rothbardian natural rights, mind mapping, assisted death, and suicide.

Rothbard is one of Scott's biggest political influence. Rothbard's natural right theory is a fascinating topic that we discuss in this episode. Nature doesn't give a fuck about your property rights. Is Scott abandoning anarcho-capitalism? We dig into the deontology vs. consequentialism debate.

Which is bigger, Facebook or Reddit?

Make sure to check out The LAVA Flow podcast!

Next, we talk about how to mind map your life on paper to train your brain. Scott digs into his mind map to give an example of how to do this.

On a tangent, what podcast would Scott listen to while having sex? Find out on this episode!

Don't forget to check out the Anarcho-Yakitalism podcast!

What is ethical and not ethical in assisted death? Adam breaks this down for us, from suicide, euthanasia, and abortion. Adam talks about Britney Maynard, who killed herself through euthanasia and was very public about her process. Do we really own ourselves and our bodies?

Voluntary euthanasia vs. non-voluntary euthanasia is an important distinction that Adam talks about. The case of Terry Schiavo is a good example of this topic and is discussed. Dave Hester wants to be left on life-support forever and be turned into a robot one day.

Abortion is a tough subject for everyone. In some places, it is illegal to abort when the reason is birth abnormalities or defects. The hosts all give their opinion of whether or not abortion should be illegal. Dave starts mansplaining about why the father should have some rights to decide on an abortion as well.

If you bring a child with severe abnormalities into the world, are you as a parent responsible for the child's future suffering?

Check out NerdLogik from Dave Hester. It will be coming out soon and will be breaking down pop culture and media in the DC and Marvel world.

Also, make sure to check out the Voluntaryist comic book series.

62. Hoppean Physical Removal and Trump's Travel Ban - ABS9
http://ancapbarber.libsyn.com/... download (audio/mpeg, 53.17Mb)

We talk about Hoppean physical removal, Trump’s travel ban, Scott’s diet update, and free helicopter rides.

Hoppean Physical Removal and Trump’s Travel Ban

Scott has changed his diet again trying to find out what works best for him. He’s already lost about 40 pounds but still wants to lose more. He recommends the Hulu documentary, The Perfect Human Diet. But, don’t take our advice on diets because we don’t know what we’re talking about.

Hans Hermann Hoppe made waves with his claim that some people would need to be physically removed from society to keep it libertarian. The quote was taken from his 2001 book Democracy: The God That Failed:

There can be no tolerance toward democrats and communists in a libertarian social order. They will have to be physically separated and expelled from society. Likewise, in a covenant founded for the purpose of protecting family and kin, there can be no tolerance toward those habitually promoting lifestyles incompatible with this goal. They–the advocates of alternative, non-family and kin-centred lifestyles such as, for instance, individual hedonism, parasitism, nature-environment worship, homosexuality, or communism–will have to be physically removed from society, too, if one is to maintain a libertarian order.

So, should we start kicking communists from helicopters now? Augusto Pinchoet, former president of Chile, would say yes.

Make sure to check out The LAVA Flow podcast!

Will Trump’s “Muslim Ban” lead to more terrorist attacks? We talk about why these specific countries were chosen for the ban and if this will have blow back for America.

Will the left become anti-war again now that Obama is no longer the president? We sure hope so!

The travel ban is being fought in the courts right now. As of recording of this episode, a court rejected a bid to restore the travel ban.

http://ancapbarber.libsyn.com/... download (audio/mpeg, 55.61Mb)

Chelsea Manning's commutation, Trump's inauguration, libertarian charity part two, and what's in our podcatcher.

Chelsea Manning and Trump's Inauguration

Chelsea Manning was sentenced to 35 years for whistleblowing, but President Obama commuted her sentence just days before leaving office. Why didn't he pardon Snowden? We talk about the differences between Manning and Snowden and Obama's reason for not pardoning Snowden.

We have a new president, Donald Trump of all people. We talk about his inauguration and his "fuck you" toObama speech.

Next, we talk about the topic you're not supposed to talk about, abortion. Scott and Adam give their history of thought on the topic.

We go through a list and discussion of Scott's several tattoos, from good to bad, and why he has them.

Anarchists giving anarchists a bad name. There were some riots and protests around Trump's inauguration and we discuss those.

Donor See is a charity that allows you to choose what specific project you want to donate to. Instead of faceless charity that gives you no way to view the effectiveness of your dollars, with Donor See, you will be able to see your money at work through updates given on the site for the specific projects you donated to. Scott has made a pledge to start sending some donations to Donor See. It is well worth checking out. We'll have a representative from Donor See on our show coming soon!

64. Trump Supporter Beaten and Punk Rock Anarcho-Capitalism - ABS7
http://ancapbarber.libsyn.com/... download (audio/mpeg, 48.53Mb)

On this episode, Trump Supporter Beaten and Punk Rock Anarcho-Capitalism, Scott and Adam talk about the attack on the Trump supporter in Chicago, MTV's video "New Years Resolutions for White Guys," and a pre-school teacher who uses punk rock to teach anarcho-capitalism.

Trump Supporter Beaten and Punk Rock Anarcho-Capitalism

Scott and Adam are recording in a new studio, a converted walk-in closet. You can check out the Ancap Barber Instagram page at ancapbarbershop.com/instagram to see a video of the new studio in action! You can't miss the artwork we have up in the studio.

We jump right into the fray talking about the attack in Chicago on the by the three black men on a white Trump supporter. This guy was beaten, burned, scalped and treated like a dog for his politics. Was this a racist attack? Should it be classified as a hate crime? South Park has something to say about this.

Scott is still not drinking and is still losing weight. He's lost about 40 pounds right now.

Make sure to listen to The LAVA Flow podcast!

MTV released a video called "New Years Resolutions for White Guys." It was so unpopular that they ended up pulling it down. I guess they don't know that the internet is forever! Scott and Adam play the video and comment on just how stupid the thing really is.

The MTV video talks about mansplaining, so we define and discuss what mansplaining really is, by mansplaining.

Make sure to check out the Anarcho-Yakitalism podcast!

Scott was supposed to be on Freedom Feens Saturday but his computer apparently sucks ass and it didn't end up happening.

A pre-school teacher in Oklahoma City is using punk rock music to teach his anarcho-capitalist ideals to four-year-olds. He blends his anarcho-capitalism with pre-k subject matter and a blend of educational pop-punk music to teach about the government, capitalism, the environment, trading (not sharing), and just about every other higher-level topic that you’d never think a kid could grasp.

65. Bipcoin and Trump's Twitter - ABS6
http://traffic.libsyn.com/anca... download (audio/mpeg, 26.38Mb)

On this episode, Scott and Adam talk about Bipcoin and Trump's Twitter account, how to find a good barber, and Gustavo Diaz. What the hell is Bipcoin and how does it relate to Bitcoin? Bipcoin was created by Michael W. Deen from the Freedom Feens radio program. How to pick a barber

Go to barber shops. Observe sanitation techniques. You want to see barbicide or some other disinfectant being used on combs and scissors in between clients. Barbers should be spraying their clippers with disinfectant and letting it sit for a few minutes as well. If they use razors for shaving your neck or lining you up they need to be cleaned and the blade replaced between every client without exceptions. Understand how to explain your haircut to a barber. It helps a barber to be able to know where you like your sideburns to stop, or if you like your nape blocked or faded. Be prepared to spend more than 10 bucks on a haircut if you want a good one. If you see something wrong with the haircut, explain it to your barber and give him a chance to fix it. Find someone you can relate to, or at least a barbershop you enjoy waiting for a haircut in. A lot of people don't like haircuts because they feel like someone they don't know is trying to make small talk with them. My tattoo guy and I talk about Kung fu movies whenever I get a new tat. You go to the barbershop to relax, you need to choose an environment you are comfortable in. Finally, make sure your barber seems competent. And that he knows what he's talking about. Make sure that the shop is clean. There will always be hair in a barber shop but everything should be tidy and free of dirt and oil. If a barber doesn't seem to have good sanitation habits feel free to ask them about it. They should have an answer for you if they don't or the answer doesn't seem satisfactory keep looking.

Gustavo Diaz is Venezuela's arch nemesis, and he's nothing more than a guy who works at Home Depot in Alabama and runs a website. Flag burning laws are laws against freedom of speech. Hillary Clinton co-sponsored such a bill in 2005. President-elect Donald Trump and his Twitter are at it again. And, a question from a listener on how dog fighting would be handled in Ancapistan. 66. Anarcho-Yakitalism and Philosophy - ABS5
http://traffic.libsyn.com/anca... download (audio/mpeg, 47.85Mb)

Scott and Adam welcome Nick from the Anarcho-Yakitalism podcast to discuss philosophy, from nihilism to objectivism.   Nick Hazelton, the Anarcho-Yakitalist, is our guest in the studio this week to give his commentary on the topics we discuss. You can check out the Anarcho-Yakitalism Podcast at http://an-yak.com. Scott, the Ancap Barber himself, is afraid that he's an alcoholic, so he's stopped drinking cold turkey. It's been a week so far without a drink. Scott reads an article that he wrote on nihilism. One of our listeners, Robb Goodell, disagrees with nihilism, as does Adam. We discuss the issues with the philosophy. Is nihilism compatible with the Non-Aggression Principle (NAP)? Does nihilism come from our evolution as humans? We also discuss the differences in nihilism and Objectivism, and where Ayn Rand was wrong in her philosophy. Nick considers himself an ego utilitarianist. Nick makes the case that all of these philosophies are compatible with libertarianism.

67. Voter ID Laws and Nihilism - ABS4
http://ancapbarber.libsyn.com/... download (audio/mpeg, 56.03Mb)

Scott and Adam talk about why the Ancap Barber hates Christmas, libertarian charity, the Green Party, voter ID laws and nihilism.

What's the Scotch of the week and directions on how to make the Ancap Barber Martini. Also, an update on the Ancap Barber's diet.

What would charity look like in a libertarian society? Since taxes are theft, how could charity even work with them?

Make sure to check out The LAVA Flow Podcast and Pax Libertas Productions. Pax Libertas Productions is the productions company behind this show.

Scott is actually an Ancap Barber and his barber shop is his front porch. He's had a lot of other jobs too, and most of them suck.

The left is waging wars on Voter ID laws in many states right now. Scott actually knows someone who doesn't have an ID at all. Do voter ID laws harm the poor and minorities more and disenfranchise them?

The Green Party is anti-war, big into ecological preservation, and they are good on social issues. But they suck on economics. Jill Stein was the best presidential candidate on foreign policy in 2016.

Also, don't miss the Anarcho-Yakitalism podcast! We are working to have Nick on the Ancap Barber Shop soon!

Nihilism is a philosophical doctrine that suggests the lack of belief in the meaning of life. The Ancap Barber considers himself a nihilist and discusses why. Are we living in the Matrix? Are nihilism and atheism connected in some way?

Thanks to everyone who listens to the show. 68. Obama's Legacy and Eric July's Message to the LP - ABS3
http://traffic.libsyn.com/anca... download (audio/mpeg, 53.91Mb)

This week we discuss the Ancap Barber's fat ass, Obama's legacy, Muslim immigration in Europe, the Watson super-computer, Eric July's message to the Libertarian Party, is Hillary Clinton a satanist. Scott is starting a new diet inspired by magician and libertarian Penn Jillette's major weight loss and diet book, Presto!: How I Made Over 100 Pounds Disappear and Other Magical Tales. Scott's also cutting back on drinking. Will he be the same person after all of this? God, we hope not! We have a new President-Elect. How do we feel about that? Could Trump do a lot of good? Will Trump burn Washington to the ground? But I repeat myself. What will be Obama's legacy? Will it be war? Will it be ignoring state drug laws? Make sure to check out the Anarcho-Yakitalism podcast! We talk about Muslim immigration in Europe and islamaphobia. Crime by immigrants in Europe has been climbing it appears. How would this be solved from a libertarian perspective? Are open borders an assault on private property, or would immigration issues be solved by private property rights? Also, don't miss The LAVA Flow Podcast! The Watson super-computer is doing better things than winning at Jeopardy. It's helping with cancer diagnosis now. Will Watson replace your doctor one day, and then inevitably turn into SkyNet? Eric July  from the anarcho-capitalist band Backwordz wrote an open letter to the Libertarian Party. Did the LP miss a big opportunity by endorsing Gary Johnson? Are Hillary Clinton or her campaign chairman John Podesta satanists? We discuss the spirit cooking email release by WikiLeaks.
