This is the title track from my latest album, some musical impressions from a holiday on Malta, Comino and Gozo in spring 2008. The symbol of the egyptian God Osiris protects Maltese fishermen form dangers.

This tune was originally written in summer 2007. It makes me look forward to our upcoming holiday in Malta.

The Train of Commemoration is a rolling exhibition on Nazis deportations. This private initative is dedicated to all abducted and murdered children in the time of the Nazi regime. This very impressive exhibiton was pulled by a steam engine over 3.000 km on German railroad tracks until it will reach its final destination at the Auschwitz Memorial in Poland in the first days of May, 2008.

I got the idea to that tune after a fantastic concert Roger Hodgson played at the Alte Oper, Frankfurt. What is home? This night I wanted to go home not feeling very good walking thru the uncomfortable city of Frankfurt. The songs of Roger took me back to my youth, maybe that's home.

In memory of the famous German Formula One driver Wolfgang Graf Berghe von Trips.

An ode to the snow covered mountains of Livigno.

Watching the sun rising up over the mountains of Livigno.

Traveling miles and miles on lonely highways and magic valleys to my favorite place - Livigno. In memory of the racing course from Zernez/Switzerland to Livigno/Italy which is always a pleasure to drive.

Same procedure as every year - first week of March belongs to Livigno and skiing. This year is my 10th anniversary there ..., and it's always one of my favorite destinations.

In memory of the luxurious train called Metropolitan which was in use from 1999 until 2004 from Cologne to Hamburg.

Volcan Irazu National Park is remarkable because of its surreal lunar landscape. On a clear day, you can see both the Atlantic and the Pacific from Irazú's chilly 3432 meter summit.
