This week, former Ambassador and veteran Diplomat Yehuda Avner launched his 715 page book ‘The Prime Ministers. An intimate narrative of Israeli leadership. He has served as speechwriter to Levi Eshkol and Golda Meir and advisor to Yitzchak Rabin, Menachem Begin and Shimon Peres. He describes himself as a Fly on the Wall, but for his speech at the book launch he was introduced as A Giant among Men. Both his delivery and content were in my view Churchillian.
