3. Ball Sculpt 1: Legs, Hamstrings, Glutes

Description: Hamstrings can be difficult to target without machines, but the ball does the trick!
Leg curls using the Fitness Stability Ball activate even more core and glutes. When working out at home, leg curls can be intense on the Fitness Stability Ball.

In this exercise sequence, you'll do leg curls with the butt lift and single leg curls. Regular leg curls are just as good too! You don't always have to do all of them! A few (2-3) sets of one exercise (10-12 reps) can be done per workout. Some crunches are thrown in the mix to give the legs a little recovery time between exercises. Give it a try! You'll love the feeling!

Description:
The pregnancy fitness series was my first dvd series! My pregnancy motivated me to get going on what I always wanted to do-make exercise dvds!

Cardio & Core is a light, basic, low impact workout with some stretching and Kegel work.

Dealing with the average woman at my gym, I found that many used pregnancy as an excuse not to exercise! Many were beginners too and had no idea where to start or what exercise could do for them during and after pregnancy!

This series was designed with them in mind. I was fortunate enough to be able to get great advice from Walkaerobics creater, Leslie Sansone. She suggested simple, safe moves that anyone can do. I agreed!

The series includes "Cardio & Core", "Stretch & Strenghten" and Mommy & Me". The first two can be done thru the entire pregnancy. These are not strenuous workouts, if you are looking for that check out my Total Body Tone dvd.

Description:
Pregnancy Fitness: Stretch & Strengthen is a light workout that can be intensified with heavier weights or can be kept simple with no weights or household items used as weights. There's no excuse for not exercising during pregnancy with this one!

Many of the exercises are seated. I have some Senior clients over the age of 75 that also enjoy this workout and the Cardio & Core Pregnancy Fitness workout. Even thought they are not pregnant, they find the basic exercises are a perfect workout for them too!

Description: Got Bands? is the first of the Resistance Band workouts. I taught this as a class at my gym and figured out all the possible ways that people can mess things up or get confused! So after refining the workout, I got it ready to film! It is very helpful to test workouts in my gym with real people who are not always at the same fitness level, this way I can make options for all levels to be able to do each workout.

This has the beautiful beach setting! My favorite!

Description:
The Total Body Tone workout is a great way to burn fat and sculpt your muscles! This is one of my earlier DVDs, so the production is not as advanced as my current DVDs. We used professional camera-people so the quality is there, the setting is ok, not my favorite though. This clip is not enhanced in any way so don't judge the dvd by this clip's quality. The dvd is a solid workout and clear quality filming.

The 10-minute express tone at the end is a fabulous full body workout!

Working out with me is Rochelle at 7-months pregnant. She shows the modifications for this workout. Despite what others may say, I feel that if you have been exercising regularly before becoming pregnant, you don't need any special workout. I actually taught this class during my entire pregnancy and felt great!

My pregnancy fitness series is for those people who have never exercised or exercised very little prior to pregnancy. Those workouts are for beginners.

As with most workouts, you can progress at your own pace by starting with no weights or light ones and increasing the resistance or following Jennifer, who is using a step for advanced modifications or just a variety in your workout.

The gals at my gym got great results from this workout! You will too!
