Description: Are you having enough fun? When was the last time you had fun? Are you going through life on auto pilot, waiting for the right moment to really live? We all need fun in our lives. In order to feel complete and fulfilled, your life needs to have happiness. When we are children, our lives are filled with fun. We take every opportunity to make sure we are enjoying ourselves. When we become adults, the idea of fun seems immature or unnecessary. The average child laughs 100-200 times a day, while an average adult laughs only 10-15 times a day. Unfortunately, many of us think that we need to schedule our fun or spend money to have fun. It's not hard for you to have fun, just use your imagination. If you're stuck thinking that fun is immature or irresponsible, you are mistaken. Having fun is healthy and helps to manage stress. Write down the five things that you have the most fun doing. Do at least one of the five this week. If you need some ideas for fun: Blow bubbles Ride your bike Draw or paint art ( Don't worry about being an artist). Start a hobby Learn a foreign language Take dancing lessons Go camping Don't let limiting beliefs discourage you from having fun. Now, is the time for you to enjoy your life.
