6. Experiment 1: Stress, Remorse, Fatigue, etc http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r... download (audio/x-mpeg, 10.07Mb) Description: Exper imental Episode 1 I know I had set up 4 categories of episodes, but this fits none of them. Nor does it fit my standards of audio production. I just have a lot on my mind and wanted to talk about some of it -- at least SOME of it -- in the way that I would normally have blogged about my feelings. For some reason I didn't feel it appropriate to do any audio editing so here it is, exploding plosives (pops, I really need to rig up a pop filter), stumbling words and all. Please let me know if you were OK with this style of posting; I don't know that I will do it often as I aspire to much better production quality but I guess I need an outlet for the raw truth sometimes too. The primary topics revolve around incidents of stress and guilt and how I reacted. It shows one way I have had to change my life due to health problems, but although I understand the reason I still feel uncomfortable with that sacrifice. I also touch on some topics that I hope to discuss more in the future. (Oh and it's the 170th anniversary of the Alamo, not 150th as I had said; I knew that but the lips weren't in sync with the brain or something.)
If this style of show has made you uncomfortable, please let me know. |
